The young girl working cashier was wonderful big smile willing to assist
I placed an order and mentioned the app sent my order to Oviedo location. She said you wouldn’t have to pay twice
The cook behind her tried with her saying she needs a ticket to make the sandwich She was very annoyed
Ok there was a mistake made, the cook said you would need to call Oviedo to cancel
All I wanted was a sandwich, I knew I could just call my credit card company to resolve
A third person, perhaps the manager came over, he too tried to call, I mentioned they are not answering the phone, He came back and told me the same ,while adding the owner will call over Ok I really just want my sandwich Ten minutes later they decided to take my money so the cook had a ticket she made the sandwiches while I was ordering
When I was given my order I asked which one of the sandwiches was special prep
The cook rolled her eyes and was like , that’s why I need a ticket, she had stared the breakfast while I was still paying She also blurted out there are condiments over there
I replied that’s fine all good, I have been here longer than expected and would like to leave now
So to summarize I feel they made the right decision to not charge me a second time
If I didn’t say anything my CC company would have removed the extra charge The attitude of the cook was rude, there are customers in the store, I ran a food truck for five years you need to be polite I did not bicker or complain, and don’t think I needed to be in there as long as I was As far as the bagel, it was ok. The place was dimly lit and not very crowded for a Saturday at 9am Definitely not an award winning product and with a lewdness in the atmosphere think twice...

Read moreTL;DR: Great bagels, spread, and bagel sandwiches. Pastries were a miss for me
Came by this spot for breakfast one day and immediately get cozy/deli vibes. I was also overwhelmed (in a good way) by the various options for sandwiches, bagels, and pastries. I wanted to try them all! Took a few minutes to peruse the menu and finally made a decision.
The staff are very friendly and fast (one person takes the order, another person listens and starts to make it before you pay).
FOOD/DRINK:
~Bagels (5/5): all the bagels we tried were soooo good. Nice chew and flavor.
~The Italian Special (5/5): They put a ton of meat (sliced to order). The red peppers were sooo good and great complement
~The Bronx Bomber (5/5): the roast beef was SO TENDER and flavorful! The roasted onions on it were wonderful
~The Brooklyn Bridge (5/5): Pastrami was delicious, the mustard had a great spiciness too it without killing the other flavors.
~Asiago Bagel with onion chive cream cheese (5/5): Again, bagel is wonderful. Their normal amount of cream cheese is A LOT. In a good way. Always prefer having more than not enough cream cheese, but ratio on the thinner parts was a lot.
~Iced Coffee (2/5): had a weird taste/flavor added to it?
~Hot Coffee: (4/5): standard hot brewed coffee. Loved how strong it was
All the bagel sandwiches come with an option of a pickle of chips.
We loved their bagel sandwiches so much, we came back...
