Westmont Hospitality Group — Hotel in Kissimmee

Nice courteous staff, cheap price, but DISGUSTING place. The sheets weren’t changed, but the guy at the front desk gave us fresh sheets out of the box when we asked for new ones. But that didn’t solve the problem. In removing the old sheets, we discovered the mattress was rotten, with holes and stains. We literally left the old sheets on and put the new sheets right over it in between to get us as far from the mattress as possible. The floors and walls were stained. The toilet was cracked. The single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom was stained with god knows what. We literally went out to buy a cheap roll of toilet paper and a shower curtain to lay on the floor of the tub. There were roaches, and the tub had actual dirt in it. Luckily it was just one night but I couldn’t even sleep, especially with the fridge making some crazy humming and rattling sounds all night. The place is completely sketchy. There are clearly residents that live there, it’s definitely not just a hotel. I would not recommend for the life of you, staying here. No matter how cheap. Visited this location to physically view a room before purchasing. Glad I did because what I saw did NOT look like the pictures online. As soon as I opened the door, the stench of musty, funky odor of feet, sweat and shame slaps me in the face. There is old worn out furniture in the rooms, with a bed that looks like it's best days were long behind it. I did see at least 2 roachs after only being in the room for less than 5 mins. A/C unit was extremely filthy and missing components on it's front vent. Bathroom was probably the worst of all. You can tell it had not been cleaned with care or detail. Needless to say I passed on the room and decided to go to Extended Stay America instead. When driving by this motel it appears to be clean and newly remodeled. After checking in at the front desk, I walked to my room on 3rd floor. People, looking like drug dealers and junkies, were hanging out on balcony and stairwells. I felt very unsafe. When I got in room, I immediately pulled back the sheets (a habit of mine due to a prior bed bug infestation from another hotel) and there were blood stains all over. Not just one spot either. SEVERAL! Every section had new stains on top of old ones. I went back to lobby and asked for a refund. Woman at front desk was very nice and told me to contact Expedia to retain my refund (which is their policy, something out of her control). Expedia contacted the motel and they agreed with my reason for refund and I'm currently just awaiting my bank to credit my account. I will never recommend this...
