Booked an appointment online through their booking app at around 10am the same morning for an appointment at 3pm that afternoon. Arrived at the shop to find the door locked and one barber inside. Was then informed that the barber I booked with was not going to be coming in and that there were no more available barbers for the day. Was told I'd have to come back another day. I understand it's a holiday (1/1/2024) but if you're not coming in for appointments that people are booking at least let them know ahead of time. I read reviews for this place prior to scheduling an appointment and this seems to be a common theme for the business.

No call, no warning, just stood up for our appointment. Called the next day and talked with the shop and they had no remorse and gave no apology. They just said, "Hey, mistakes happen." Their way of making it right was to have us come in as a walk in and wait in line. Then, he just hung up the phone.

   Read moreI never got my haircut, Terrance never showed up. It was at 8 am scheduled through the Booksy app on Monday May 18th. Received confirmation and everything. I wasnât even upset because life happens and Terrance is really involved with the community and thatâs very cool. But what really got me was that I had scheduled on May 20th two hair cuts for my two kids at 6pm and when we showed up they told us it wasnât today that it was for the next day with a different barber.
