I can't say enough nice things about my experience. I pass by this place on a daily basis. I've wanted to patronize this establishment for the longest but never could catch them open when I'm available. Today, after work...I decided to give it a try. Upon approaching the door...I can see the hours of operation and I was 30 minutes past. Before actually stepping away, i noticed the door is cracked open and i see someone inside working. I pushed the door open and asked were the hours on the store's door correct. Trying my luck because I REALLY wanted to try a smoothie from there. The guy turned and smiled at me and replied, "Yes, the hours are correct however, I'm willing to serve you. Come on in. What would you like?" Explaining that it was my very first visit and experience with his smoothies... he went into detail about what to expect in his smoothies! I tried one smoothie and then he suggested I try another on the house! I was willing to pay. Offered several times but, he insisted that he take care of the second one. All while maintaining a very pleasant demeanor. I finally asked if he was the owner and he said yes. I was totally shocked! His store had a very positive and warm atmosphere and blend inside to match his amazing personality! As an entrepreneur this gentleman has totally inspired me in so many ways! I'm not big on healthy foods but, his smoothies...

I've been here a few times and the employees tend to seem very disinterested in any interaction with customers and the building itself is just a concrete box with chairs. Anyways, I paid over $40 for 3 bowls. We took them to go and when we got home, I dug into my bowl. The bowl had lots of fruit on top and it took me awhile to get to the smoothie base. Once I finally did, I found 2 BUGS. Little Gnat looking bugs with tiny wings, red eyes, and legs. I don't consider Blossom Bowls unclean neccsarily... Those bugs like fruit, they probably were nibbling at the smoothie base and were accidentally covered with a pile of fruit. It's gross, but it happens. When I called the store, I was very understanding but the worker told me they were probably just Chia seeds. They were not. Chia seeds do not have wings and there were no chia seeds supposed to be in my bowl. In order to receive a remake or a refund, she told me I had to email the manager. I did exactly that and have yet to hear from him a week later. After reading other poor reviews, it seems the lack of communication tends to happen a lot. Needless to say, I will not be back here and I would not recommend it to anyone else. $40...

Acai Louvre…😢😢🥺😭 oh how I miss you! Let me tell you it was love at first bite. I’ve been buying 15.00 bowls for months now and several each week. I was an addict. The bowl had great fruits that went well together, that was evenly distributed across a larger bowl so you could enjoy tasting açaí and other ingredients in each bite. Everything was perfect! It was worth paying what was being paid. I’m a business owner and have 7,000 customers. I’m not cheap. I charge a premium for the services we provide but it comes with the best people, the best product, and we stand behind our work even better. My suggestion to you is make the Açaí Louvre a seasonal product if you have to. What you are serving now in its replacement definitely needed the new name because it’s not the same. If you have to charge the same amount for a lesser service so be it but it will cost you a lot of your older customers and many won’t fall in love with the new. It’s just a different experience. My suggestion is make it seasonal or move heaven and earth and bring it back! Let us know if you male any changes and I’ll come back! It was great while it...
