My wife and I usually love this location. We eat here quite often. However, the last few times it has been lacking in either food or customer service. We have had a few times where the crew just seems like they want you to be done ordering and get your food and go but the food is good so it passes. Well the last night when we visited I got that same feeling but then ths food issues started. First, i order my wife's food. I order one soft taco and the lady is like is that it? Of course that is not it. I finish ordering my wife's food then move onto mine. I have been getting the double chalupa box recently and its been pretty good so i order one. The lady rings it up and i order no lettuce on it or the taco and she rings that up. Well i proceed to order a couple more things and then remember the chalupa has tomatoes. I say i forgot to tell you no tomatoes on the double chalupa. She says oh we dont have a double chalupa anymore we but we have a regular made the same way, do you still want that? Why would she ring me up for an item you no longer have? This is not the first time i have ordered something off of this locations menu only to be told that they dont carry it any more but it is still up on the menu. That brings me to tonight. I visit this loacation again tonight and order all.my food. Everything is very pleasant this time and the service is good and fast and nice. But when i get home i have a taco that should have no lettuce. When i open it up, not only is it cruched but it has lettuce on it. Like I said before we usually love this location but it seems like there are some new people and they may need some customer service training and may need to be told to slow down a bit when making orders. I work in food to mistakes happen but its how you adress those mistakes that matter.

Didn't even receive the bean burrito no red sauce. The soft taco supreme looks to not have ANY ingredients that make the supreme. Literally just got ripped off. I'll never order again thanks anyway. Update: If you really wanted business again would offer a basic gift card for paid for items not even received order correctly. $10 gift card would be ideal for buying back loyalty just saying. Even more lies can't even interview to time frame they have setup and keep telling they aren't hiring when I clearly have a interview setup. Edit: Improved customer service and food overall from in person visits. Have not done anymore online orders so unsure of those results at this time.

This place is sad the food i order was cold and to top it off the guy gave me what he called lemonade i guess that was it was supposed to be but it was water with a pink tint disgusting please check you all refreshments before issuing them out to loyal customers just awful and I am still waiting in the refund I never even got called their headquarters which is a joke and I am still waiting for my refund as I display this to you all please check your order because now I have lost all respect for this Taco Bell location

The food was terrible. They practically had none of the featured items on the menu they said they are only preparing soft tacos crunchy tacos and only one kind of chalupa. I asked If they were no longer selling these items and was told no they are just not making the featured items because they didn't really want to prepare the ingredients nor did they have the knowledge on preparation of the items because the training manager left to go take a nap in her car and told them not to make them because they were time consuming and it would save them on the clean up so they can leave faster . They put old dried out pieces of breaded chicken on my soft taco which wasn't order. They were so hard went I bit in to my taco I chopped a tooth. They had to been leftover from the lunch shift and I visited them and placed my order at 12:30 am 12 hours after the normal lunch hours. Just because they remodeled the Broadway location doesn't mean it's been improved if anything the food and service have went to hell. the cashier was rude. My soft taco wasn't even wrapped properly and when I picked it up out of the bag the hot contents spilled into my lap. They need to hire a whole new set of employees an managers. Or just close completely. They shouldn't be serving food with the employees lack of knowledge. I was a huge fan of taco bell but I have changed since this experience. Don't eat at this taco bell until they have done a complete retraining of all employees because you will just be paying something that's the equivalent of...

This Taco Bell is like the Chick-fil-a of Taco Bell's in my opinion. It's my favorite one in town and I'll tell you why. I've worked about 3 minutes away from this one for over 2 years now and so I go here for lunch extremely frequently. I'm a vegan and therefore my orders are always altered and sometimes pretty complicated. In all the times I've gone here they've messed up my order maybe twice. The food is always delicious and fresh tasting, and they always get the proportions right. On top of that they are always extremely friendly as if they actually care if you're having a good day or not. If my food is taking an extra few seconds (which is rare because service is lightning fast here) they will chit chat with me at the window even if I've never met them before. I love this one so much that I will go out of my way to go to this one as opposed to another one in town because I know they will always get my order right, service will be fast, and they will always be nice. The ONLY downside is that they do attract homeless people because of the location. But if you keep in mind that homeless people have to eat too, you'll remember that it's not a big deal. The staff is even nice and respectful to the homeless which just makes me like this...
