If you want a quick read, read directly below. If want a detailed review for how great it is, as I have gone for 20 years, read past it.

Beautiful gifts for each season.
When I was 9, I started going to Bradley's when it was tucked away in Farragut. I've grown up on their chocolate. I loved going there with my mom and siblings. A few years later they moved their location across the street from where they are now. It was small--a little treasure tucked into one of the single sized spaces in the strip. I grew up about a two minute drive from this location so I was excited to see it arrive there. When I was old enough, I started riding my bike there. I met Joy, a very sweet lady. Soon, I found out she had married Brad. The little shop turned from just sweet chocolates to sweet items with other meaning. I still have a clothes-pin with a magnet on the back. It says "pray" on it. It's on a picture frame of a friend from high school, whom I pray for everyday. I went back and forth frequently. Soon there was a bassinet behind the counter and there the sweet family grew. If you go today at it's current location, it is a full size store. Quadruple the size of the one across the street. They no longer make the chocolate onsite--Brad is in the Historic Candy Store downtown. The store has a much larger section of all different kinds of chocolate and chocolate covered treats. But, Joy; she has put her love into filling up the other space into tiny treasures (big ones, too ;) ) and gifts for your family and friends. She always has a beautiful joyful smile on her face--and get there at the right time and you can hear her sing :D. She is very personable and welcoming to anyone who enters the store she's made as a gift to Knoxville. Her name suits her perfectly. Another thing she has brought in, is a night of worship, I've gone several times. Chocolate, coffee and Jesus. Who could ask for more? I truly love her and her family. I have grown up with them. I am now 32 (2017). So yes; many years have passed since going to Farragut. I have definitely made and will continue #makingchocolatecoveredmemories. (These pictures I did not take for this review. I took them to share with friends all over the country to whom I have given the chocolate and gifts. They all have them said they wouldn't mind having some more ;) The store's gifts change for each season and there are local vendors that have their products sold their) #knoxchox #shoplocal #shopknox...
Read moreI like the concept of this store as a one stop for gifts for everyone and I really do like the variety of gifts. It’s a tad expensive but the Knoxful candle is a favorite of mine so I will splurge. I think I’m the only person on Google who doesn’t care for the chocolate. While I am biased having worked for a Belgian in her chocolate shop using Belgian chocolate, I felt the chocolate here is lacking. The quality of the chocolate is run of the mill and the flavors are typical and bland (could not taste even a hint of key lime in the dark key lime). It’s also rather difficult to remember what you got as they’re all shaped the same and only the tops distinguish them. I think a guide would help that. I’m assuming they don’t hand mold or fill their chocolate and use the machines that temper and fill the molds, which is why they’re almost all the same shape. I even question if they temper their chocolate at all considering it has the snap but not the sheen or short heat resistance (think fingerprint resistance and you can hold it for about 5-10 seconds before it starts to melt). I suppose that’s why it’s only $27 a pound. I’ll keep coming when I need a gift but will have to do...
Read moreYou found the "Chocolate Factory" Valentine's/Mother's Day chocolate covered strawberries! This is the new home of Tennessee Chocolate Co - which I was super excited to find after the location on Market Square closed! I haven't gotten to prowl this store fully yet, but it looked like a great go-to for easy gift ideas (coming in the door, I saw a variety of chocolates, decor and unique gift items). Spacious, easy to navigate, appealing displays, and the prices I noticed were within a wide range. The staff was super helpful, friendly, everyone was observing covid protocols, and they added special flourish to purchases making each a touch more special. I will update when I next visit.
