Kohl's — Local services in Knoxville

Kinda long. Got a khols card on Monday went back the next day to do some Christmas shopping, I should have known better when I asked if you could purchase a gift card with your khols card, the cashier said yes so I believed her. When everything was put through it showed I still owed for the gift card, I told her that was fine and to just take them off the transaction. Well she had to void the transaction and the money was not put back on my card. We waited about 15 minutes then tried again and it still wasn’t. I was understanding and like I said I should have known the answer to the gift card question considering I have worked at a retail store before so my bad. The manager and her take my name and number and said they would keep my items on hold for me till the money went back on my card. I called khols customer service and they said it would take 24-48 hours. I called back today and I was informed by the same call center it would actually take 5 days. Mind you I never received a call from the actual store that took my name and number down. So I call them today and they don’t have my stuff on hold and put everything up, I was like okayyyy…And the guy on the phone was like need anything else? No I guess not. I just feel like no one really cared about the situation at all and I kept getting different information. I had honestly never been in a khols before I went in on Monday and I thought that it was a very nice store with plenty of options. I’m not mad about the situation I’m just a little annoyed and disappointed in my experience as a new customer and khols...

Was Wonderful!!! I've lost a lot of wt. Recently and need to update clothes,and Kohls fit the bill. Sales helped too! I found the prettiest tops!!! Fell in love with a gorgeous crepe top with cascading sleeves and nice fluttery body of it,in shades of pastel pink,yellow,lavender,green,peach flowers that aren't a loud color. I almost wore it to bed,I love it so much!( But I restrained myself). Got a pair of Croft and Barrow capri jeans that on my short legs are bout full length jeans!! And for women only: bought 5- yes,5!!- bras that I love as I had one of this brand( bali) and particular bra,they were on sale and I got 3 in beautiful colors( esp. the deep teal!) And 2 Bali One Smooth You smooth support bralette. Like a prettier and comfy sport bra,or camisole.Just had So much fun! Like was Christmas! Going to go back later and look more for pants,casual and dressy. Was so tired couldn't finish that but will be back!!! Checkout clerk was super nice and helpful,friendly too! Plus they had a wheelchair I could use to let my weak and hurting body rest as shopped( with a friend). Another great thing!! If you haven't visited Kohls lately,you might like to go and meander the aisles finding good stuff at great prices! You'll be glad you went( I hope!) And they'll be happy to see and help you. Way to go,...

I use to come here for price and selection. Over the years I chose to start shopping around when the value went away. I was given a gift card for Christmas and had trouble spending it. Didn't see a lot of value on the price points. Basically bought some things I didn't really need to get rid of it.

Went across the street to buy slacks and button downs for a fair price at JC Penny to find many of the same or very similar brands at a much better price. Tennis shoes, jackets, and collared shirts.

I shopped here for years. Kohl's lost my business over the years due to not being able to compete with other stores, not even mentioning online retailers.

Can we just stop putting ridiculous price points for MSRP with steep "discounts" in an attempt to entice people? They teach marketing in most high schools now. Only idiots would pay the "actual" price that all big chain clothing stores are guilty of...
