I took my Pokemon and magic and baseball and football and basketball cards to Underdogs a friend actually referred them . They got a really cool looking store and of course they had tables set up for customers to come in and play different card games which is super cool they also had a very very wide selection of brand new wrapped cards of every kind and pre owned cards for sale . They have the clear sleeves for your cards and books and stuff to put them in . I asked if they had game systems and the owner said they were more than likely going to have them. I hope you guys do get game systems next you guys are super nice and fair people and I see your business really expanding big time. I think game systems and games and decorating store a lil more with characters from Pokemon and magic and yughio but make it to where people could buy the figurines or stuffed animals if they liked them and maybe some posters on wall of basketball heros or Pokemon.....just an idea to make an already awesome place a lil bit cooler.. The owner and people who work there are so nice and helpful and very fair in the prices they give you for your cards . Thanks Underdogs y'all are...

This is one of only two sports card shops in Knoxville, and it definitely has a lot going for it. The variety of sports cards available here is fantastic—whether you're looking for something specific or just browsing, there's a great selection to choose from. The pricing is fair, and if you have a chance to talk to the owner, you might even get an even better deal.

However, there's one issue that really threw me off during my visits. Every time I pulled a nice card, a worker would take it from my hand and handle it rather carelessly. They would put their thumb on the surface of the card, which is not ideal for keeping the card in mint condition. This happened a few times and made me quite uncomfortable, considering how important it is to handle cards with care.

Would not recommend selling or trading with this shop. I went in with some cards looking for store credit or cash offer. Stayed in the shop for over an hour while he looked up prices and took picture. “Rob” stated someone would get back to me and if no one calls in the next couple hours to call just in case they get “ busy”. I called and told to call the next day. Called the next day, just told me to call back again and did the same thing for the next couple days. Gave it until Wednesday ( I came in Friday morning when the opened of the previous week). Spoke to Rob and said wouldent be able to get back until next week again lol. Why keep someone on a string with a quote. I said alright and he just paused in the phone like he was bothered by me calling again (literally what he told me to do).
