BURGER AVENUE — Restaurant in Knoxville

I love Central Park, the burgers are really great. But I have really bad experience with pick up, and I have to give a bad review. A few days ago, I ordered an online order for 11:15AM. I ordered online because I have a break and I don't have time to wait in line to order and pick up.I arrived in front of the restaurant at 11:15 and there was a long waiting line to order. However there is another window on the other side where there is no one. I got out of the car and came to the window just to pick up my food. But the lady who works there did not want to give me my food, she sent me to wait in line with other people who were waiting to order. My order was ready, but after that I had to wait 20-25 minutes to pick up my order. Of course after 30 min the food was cooled, the ice in the drink is melted. I got a cold meal because I had to wait with people who just ordering. Then why do you have the online order option, if we can't pick it up right away. When I asked that lady why she send me in line, if I have online order just to pick up. She said you have to wait with other's, they came before you .Yes they came to order, but mo order was done and readu to pick up. I told her that I would give a bad review, and she said I don't care. Once again, the food is great, but the servise and pick up...

I had the double bacon cheese burger combo. It was so good! The hamburger tasted homemade and the fries are seasoned nicely. The burgers were hot & fresh with great looking, tasty toppings. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, dill pickles, mayo, cheese, crispy bacon. Best burger I've had in a long time. It was packaged nicely in a plastic reheatable container, drink was safety sealed & food was bagged securely to. What a great all-around experience. My receipt says Bob was my server, Thank you Bob! You are much appreciated for your treatment of my order. My food was excellent, packaged the best I've ever received on GrubHub. My delivery person, JAY was fast to. My sister got the same thing & enjoyed hers as well. Our items were just as we ordered. Definitely will be ordering again. This was my 1st time eating here. I love the food here!!! Staff used to be amazing, especially the guy whom I believe might be the owner, BUT here lately the staff has been really rude... they cut me off when ordering & spoke to me in a very rude tone. I haven't said anything until now bc I figured everyone has bad days & I was a server for many years I know how working in the food industry can be However, it's not an excuse to continue being rude!!! I've had my chili dog thrown in the bag upside down & had to fix it to eat it, they have forgotten items, and definitely don't listen... they talk over you when trying to give your order & act very snoty & today August 17th at approximately 1:45 pm did it for me!!! Tired of the rudeness!!! If you're rude you're not getting my money PERIOD!!! I'm really sorry to the owner bc the food & lemonade is absolutely amazing... I can't support a business when my patronage is not appreciated by...
