What happened to the quality at Firehouse?? Last four times I've went here and got a brisket sandwich it has been straight up nasty. They used to have decent meat and now it's nothing, but gristle and fat. So freaking gross. By the time you are done taking off or spitting out all the gristle or fat there is no meat left. Arby's does better than this. The people making the sandwiches can clearly see the meat that goes on there, but don't care.
Maybe Firehouse has started getting their meat from a different supplier in an effort to be cheap. If this is the case then they need to lower their price because it is no longer worth what they are trying to charge. I used to love Firehouse, but I won't be back until this changes. I would rather just make myself a sandwich at home knowing that it is a real meat sandwich not flavored fat and...
Read moreWent in to buy a Large fountain drink (unsweet tea) and was overcharged for the drink. The drink was $5 and I asked the cashier was this correct, and she said that it was. I questioned her again and was told that that's how they rung the drink up and that it was correct. I got the receipt and asked another employee was this right and was told by the other employee that yes, that was the amount of the drink. I was in a rush so I just paid it and left. Remind you, I go to the store pretty often and knew that the price of that drink was wrong, so I called around to some other locations and was told that the price was wrong and that she overcharged me by about $2. The amount wasn't the issue but more or less, the fact that you knew you were overcharging me and didn't try to correct it at all! I have a pic of the drink and the receipt for...

A young man said it wasn't ready yet. Okay np. I sit and wait. I wait and I wait watching employees take breaks get sodas etc. After about 25 minutes waiting someone asked me what order I was waiting on, I respond. The order had been sitting there, okay. No biggie, it happens. I get home cold sandwich was toasted (melted cheese) and hot sandwich looked like it was in a car wreck. Toppings uneven, and all over the place, the sandwiches meat was mostly ham (which is VERY sweet and I will avoid in the future), and a big clump of yellow mustard in the sandwich box. Oh yeah mustard all over the bag as well. This Firehouse Subs just seemed as it didn't care....
