OK, this is a bad review so it will take a little bit of time. My girlfriend purchased $300 plus worth of merchandise online. She was told she would have to take it back to a store to get it credited and to get the actual deal that she had received online so after driving one hour to West Knoxville, then spending over an hour inside the store the staff inside the store was absolutely insane. They were very knowledgeable. They were actually on the phone with Victoria’s Secret trying to resolve The only thing she was going to do was to swap them out for the correct sizing they ended up keeping her proof of purchase that she had returned the merchandise that was $300 plus we went and ate lunch and realized they had kept her invoice and any proof that she had she had turned them in so after all that she had to purchase all of the items in store and pay full price that was discounted like the online price was but she had to pay for that all again on her credit card and they never credited her. I’m telling you all to be very cautious when using them because they have no idea how business works obviously and it was a terrible place to do business with they did have a help-wanted sign on the door, even though they were like six people inside the store working, but I guess they needed a seventh one to be a true manager with any skill set then my girlfriend had to spend one hour online and then on the phone with Victoria’s Secret herself to actually get any of her credit back on the items we had left at the store and if we had not made a trip back to the store and picked up the invoice that they did not give her she would’ve gotten nothing back the lady on the phone from Victoria’s Secret actually verified that to be true so use...
Read moreI went in to try on some items and just see where I was at fitting wise and Susie was so kind and helpful. From the moment I tried on my first bra she was right there offering to help and grab more options and when I wasn’t happy with what I looked like in the ones I picked she talked through what the issue was and drew on her own experiences and was so helpful and kind. She walked me through the entire store explaining my best options and why they were good and how they’d help with my issues, she kept it professional and but also personable which helped me from feeling embarrassed like I was when I first asked for her help. She went above and beyond in her customer service. I called corporate to compliment her as well as this review as she was absolutely amazing. I very much hope her supervisors see this and give her the recognition she deserves. I was very awkward and uncomfortable with my own body and she was just amazing at making me feel like I had options and helping me find items that worked with my needs but also with my wants. Read moreI went to the store yesterday to ask them if they could look up my account and order items form me online since I still have my old credit card and my new one with the chip hasn't came in yet they told me no an that they can't do it in which is a lie because they just did it for me almost to months ago. I don't know if they thought I was lying or what cause they asked me how long have I had the account. I think it was because of my skin color because they was nice and friendly to the Caucasian people but when I walked up only the door greeter was nice an kind but the others wasn't so friendly. Oh yeah I'm still waiting on my new credit card with the chip hell I was supposed to get it in the mail in November I called an they said they was sending it out and it still hasn't came. I can't use my old card and im tired of having to either go in the store an order stuff or calling to get it my orders.
