Disgusting floors, manager was extremely rude and I didn't feel welcomed whatsoever. She didn’t greet me as I walked in and didn’t say goodbye as I left. I’m visiting here with my husband from Chicago and I really wish we would’ve stayed home. I will never step foot in this store ever again. Everything is OVERLY overpriced. Not worth the trip whatsoever. I can’t get over how rude the manager was. I walked up to the counter to ask a question and the manager (I’m assuming she’s the manager. I can’t say enough good things about Kolar Gardener! As a mom who takes holiday decorating very seriously, this place was a dream come true. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the coziest Christmas vibes—twinkling lights, festive music! Their Christmas plant decor is next-level. I picked up the most adorable tree (it smells AMAZING) They even had wreaths galore. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even though I had three kids in tow asking a million questions. If you want your home to feel like a Hallmark movie this holiday season, this is THE place to go. Five stars...

I went to Kohler Garden center on a whim just because I was feeling down and plants give me a little pick me up. I walked in and was greeted by such a nice floral smell. I went up to the register where I met a girl named Emily, she personally walked me around the store to show me some low light friendly plants and then wrapped my plant up and extra dirt for me to repot at home with later. She was very kind and made my first experience at the Kohler garden center very pleasant. Definitely will be coming back here. :)...
