Bold Cycle — Local services in Kohler

A great experience and I hope to return some day soon! My wife and I stayed at the American Club Carriage House and I decided to take advantage of the free classes offered by Bold. The only bad part was how badly they kicked my butt!

It was my first experience in a live cycling class. I just started riding a Peloton, maybe 15-20 rides down the road. I took three 30-minute classes, one each with Jo, Lo and Tyra. Each instructor has her own style, but all three were great. While you can certainly "ride to your level", the classes are upbeat and intense. They really get after it.

Perhaps the most simple but impactful thing I can say about Bold Cycle is this......I had not exercised for three consecutive days in probably 25 years. Bold Cycle had me up and out of bed each day and I believe it has jumped started a more intense exercise period for me.
