While the store itself is very cute, I would not recommend registering with them for any events (wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, etc.). I had several concerns with my registry and was quite disappointed with the feedback I got. First, the online registry does not track who purchased the gift for you. It only lists whether or not the gift was purchased. Your guests have the option to include a note with their gift, which is nice, but if you lose that/throw it away or they choose note to include a message, you have no idea who purchased the gift. Second, the registry closed immediately after my event. There was no way for me to go back and see which gifts were and were not purchased. Third, any returns are going to cost you money...so if you get multiples of a gift or want to return for any reason, you have to pay the shipping cost :( Finally, they do not offer any sort of post-event discount. Most places offer a small discount (10-15%) on your remaining registry items after your event. So all in all, the store is very cute for general shopping but I would not recommend...

Nest in Kohler has really fabulous merchandise. However; the customer service leaves something to be desired. I took a rug sample home with me to see if the rug was right for my room. It was great and I brought the sample back as promised. The salesperson said it was too bad I didn’t return it the day before as it was on sale at 25% off. She had my name and contact information but never notified me of the sale. My sister and I have spent $3,500 there in the last year. I thought the least they could do was offer me some kind of compensation, but nothing was offered and no apology given. I ordered the rug as it was perfect for my room, but this experience has changed my feelings for the store. I have also found that several items that I was told would be available, were not available when I went to order them. I’m really disappointed in their Customer service! (Or lack thereof!)...

I worked with the NEST Team. Sadly, I am relocating to a new home out of state. I want to share that having worked closely with the Registry process, I find it to be "fastidiously" handled by EVERY associate! The effort of customer service is thoughtfully extended at NEST and there is a "relationship" created between the customer & NEST.... The relationship traverses in both directions.
