I was late on a $20 payment for the first time. They called me the day it was due. And yesterday. A whole week in between. I work midnights, so getting ahold of me has been difficult. I warned the manager herself of that. Everytime a payment wouldn’t go through, I’d go to the store and make the payment. This time, money was short, so I was planning on making a double payment the next one due. Again, mind you, this is the first time I have ever been late, and it was only $20. This establishment took it upon themselves to come into my privately owned property, embarrass my roommate, to ask me when I would be making the $20 payment.
My grandma was three months behind, and Aaron’s still refused to come get her bed. It was only until she threatened to let the mattress sit outside and let the rain destroy it, did they come and get it.
I was one week late, for the first time ever, and took it upon themselves to harass me and my household about a blessed $20.
They had their truck ready and everything to take the bed.
This is harassment, prejudice, and a blatant violation of the privacy of my home. There was no logical reasoning for such a dramatic misuse of power.

Read moreSo I have a laptop with these guys and I called then last week or so asking for a payoff amount. The employee I spoke to told me it was paid off with my last payment. So I go on thinking it's done. They call me today saying my payment declined recently I proceed to tell them the employee I spoke to said it was paid off and she said that's not correct. She explained how I signed a contract and as I told her I know this and planned to pay off last week. But the employee told me I was good and explained how she should honor that. I know I'm a manager of my store and when an employee tells a customer something I honor that then train the employee on what they did wrong before the next customer. My point being is this location is not a good company as they don't do right by people even if you have paid them 1000s for stuff over the years. Definitely don't recommend...
Read moreI have been a long time customer of this Aaron's. I have purchased multiple TV's chairs, dryers and a living room set. I have never missed a payment with Aaron's. I have never returned anything to Aaron's. I have been what I believe is a model customer. If that is true then tell me why I purchased a washer from them, waited 6 days for delivery, then found out the washer did not work and the manager wants me to wait another 6 days for another washer. The manager there is very rude and has no clue about customer service. I have worked in retail almost 20 years including 3 years as a Rent to Own manager and I have never treated a customer as poorly as I was treated today.
