Jack in the box jacked my money. Ordered in app. Went to the store to find out they were out of one of my order. No refund was given. No apologize was given. Until I kept on asking for my refund for 10 minutes they offered substitute item. I didn't want substitute. I already ordered everything that I needed. They could have at least offered raincheck for next visit but nothing. They looked at me like I was s**t out of luck. Highway robbery. CONTACTED JIB WEBSITE TWICE BUT NO RESPONSE. Now a reply from owner of the location from Google Review wants me to contact the JIB website again to waste my time along with my money. Now I'm curious to see how many times I'll need to report this incident before I get a response. I'll update number of my attempts on this review in case anyone is curious. This would have been easily resolved with "We apologize, let us give you a coupon/raincheck for your food for next time." After waiting 10 days with 2 separate attempts to resolve the issue on the website per response from the owner, still no response so I attempted 3rd contact to see if there'll be any response. Well finally a reply after 3rd attempt and almost 2 weeks response time. Finally received my order that I paid for and as a consolation they gave me an extra item. Apparently this happens a lot. If they don't provide you what you ordered, have them write on your receipt that the item has not been received so you can pick it up on your next visit since JIB website takes...

The manager in the drive thru on 5/28-23 at around 1230 pm was horrible, first off in the drive thru he had an attitude, then when I pull up to the window he had hickies all over his neck, he didn’t even say the price, he just took my card, then he handed me my so called strawberry shake. And when it came back as white as vanilla he argued with me that it was strawberry. This is my favorite shake and usually is pink, this shake was white, and a mess he didn’t even bother to clean it up, mind u, they were not busy at all, seems he has a bad day and was taking it out on customers.. as I said can u make it over please. Read moreI recommend not coming here David from the drive through today 04/13/2023 started telling my brother off and my brother is disabled, David yelled at my brother told him he’s by himself and to relax and closed the drive through window on my brother and he even criticize the way we paid “ but it’s OK for David to complain to us he was working alone” and he wanted us to be understanding but David has a horrible attitude so I give him no stars cause he’s horrible he shouldn’t work in that type of field if he has a bad attitude it looks like he hates his job and his life and us as customers we don’t need to take it it’s not the first time it’s happened in the store so I recommend not coming to the store.
