Chico's — Local services in La Cañada Flintridge

I came into this Chico's today and granted, I did not look my best. The lady who "greeted" me was less than pleasant. I said I was looking for a special outfit for a photo shoot and she said, "well, what do you want?" I was kind of hoping she might have some suggestions. When I told her I wanted a pair of black pants in a 1.5 size, she said that she didn't have any and I would have to wait until someone else came in to go in the back room and look for them. OK.... another lady came in and this woman told the new lady in a very nasty way to go and look for them. I waited and waited. I was looking at some other things, while first lady TOTALLY ignored me. I dropped a hanger on the floor and she calls out "are you alright?" What? I was so angry I walked out. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was tall and dressed in black and white and had black hair. She was paying a lot of attention to another customer. I then went to the Santa Anita Chico's and had the wonderful attention of a young lady named Angela Underwood. She worked so hard. Every time I asked for something, she would come back with it and also bring something else that she suggested to go with it. I spent almost $300 there. I will not go back to the store in La Canada EVER! This isn't the first time that I have been treated rudely there. Some of the sales associates I have heard complaining about how people mess up the folded clothes. Really? Isn't that a part of your job? So glad I went to the other store. Angela picked out something for me that I would have never picked out myself and I am very happy with it. I guess what I would really like to say is that you never know what customer is going to be willing to drop a few hundred dollars and everyone deserves to be treated with respect. No more La...

this store has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life I can say they are true recist .i love chico's clothing and each month I am spending min $100 to max $400 but not in this location on Pasadena's Chicos . I decided to write 1 star review because this location is close to my house but every time I am entering this shop I have the same experience they first look at your face how you look and they calculate if you are going to shop or no ,even if you ask for help if you have this size they are very lazy.each time instead of driving 1 mile close to my house I am driving 8 miles to Pasadena and shop from there and I have opposite opinion about chico's...

Great selection and outstanding employees always helpful right on The Mark with their recommendations... Some of their prices are a little high others very very reasonable as a matter of fact I would say most are...
