I’ve been shopping at Touch of Class in La Crosse since marrying my wife in 2000, and they’ve never let us down. Whether it’s finding the perfect housewarming gift, a holiday present, or an outfit for a special occasion, Kim and her team have always gone above and beyond.

Most recently, I stopped in for help putting together an outfit for my wife’s upcoming girls’ weekend at a concert. Becky and Sandra were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and spot-on with their suggestions. My wife was absolutely over the moon with what they picked out!

the girl who works here is a complete dear! she gave me a short and sweet rundown of the place, informing me where the clearance section was and how the store is laid out in different areas. and she was very easy to talk to, which i think really made my experience exceptional. while their products are on the pricier end, i do think that it’s worth it because it’s handcrafted. i got a small candle that smelled VERY good and came out to $14.77. the girl at the counter was so nice, in fact, her and i chatted about the roadtrip i was on and what i was doing in la crosse and she gave me her opinion on the town and it was just so delightful. she deserves a...

I was in here earlier today looking for a birthday present for my mom. As I was browsing through the store, the associates kept a close eye on me as if I was going to steal something by following me closely but not offering any assistance. The associate following me muttered under her breath "you can leave now". They were no where close to closing time. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. It's a shame that they treat their customers this way as I was prepared to spend a few hundred dollars here on their very cute merchandise. Unforunate. I...
