Scott Hanson's review is beautiful! No complaining or criticizing; still he notes the negative(s) with encouragement!

I hope the management reads these as numerous people have mentioned cleanliness is an issue. Come on guys! Step up the cleaning everywhere you CAN. :D

A cheap, non-electric carpet sweeper* would likely do the trick + a few rags n a bit of soapy water in the hands of those you PAY to be there. Take turns! It can't take TOO much time to wipe tables!

The tables & floors should be clean prior to opening! After customers enter the viewing rooms, run the sweeper thru the lobby - it's not rocket science! As each movie comes to an end, start wiping tables. Lord knows there's plenty of popcorn spilled inside & out of the rooms.

1 person should be able to scoot thru with a dust buster type of vacuum {or something with a hose} between movies. It doesn't have to be perfect, just shouldn't look like 50 toddlers were left unattended with a popcorn machine!

During "quieter" times, 1 person can clean the men's bathroom while the other is available to handle potential customer needs; then switch so the other person can clean the women's bathroom - kindergarten concept, right!?!

And PLEASE, wash your hands prior to returning to handle food!

Busy restaurants do it; you can too! The Rivoli has been there for as long as I can remember! Don't let this wonderful little theatre fall by the way due to these simple matters. :D

And 1 after thought: leave 1/4" of popcorn bag or bucket UNFILLED & reduce the refills by a quarter! Believe it or not, it will measurably reduce...

We bought our tickets online, and when we got there, there was a sign that said for prepaid ticket buyers to go to register 1. Well, we kinda? thought we did, but weren't sure because the two lines intermingled and a huge movie sign was in front of the "Register 1" sign. People were looking at us like we were butting in line, and someone butted in line in front of us. It was just a cluster. We then ordered our refreshments. I asked if they had cotton candy. No...we do not have cotton candy. Well, excuse me for asking. What movie theater doesn't have cotton candy for cripe's sake? So, I then asked if the machine I saw on the was in was an Icee machine. Yes, I was told. So, I ordered a large, as cherry Icees are kind of my weakness. As you can see in the picture I've posted, it is clearly NOT an Icee. Is it a large ANYTHING? The soda next to it is a large soda. Then, I ordered a soft pretzel. "We'll have to make your pretzel and bring it out to you, so when you go in, come.back out and tell us what table you're sitting at." Uhmm.... OK. There are maybe 25 customers in this entire building tonight, and I'm being generous. It took almost 20 minutes to make my pretzel. Really? I just... am,...

The Rivoli theatre is my very favourite. I have memories going there for over fifty years. It has personality that you just can't find in others. While sitting in the chairs, you have a feeling of being amongst the walls in the city of Verona with the twinkling stars overhead while Juliet is overlooking the city from one of the balconies.

I love the fact that there are tables on which you can sit your food and beverages to eat while watching movies or football etc.

Not only does it have movies for half the price of other theatres, but they have a very extensive food and drink menu at extremely reasonable prices. The food is delicious.

The only downfall is they could hire a few cleaning people to come in at least once per week. There are quite a few broken seats; however, will give a pass as they are in the process of replacing them. They had all of the original ones (very small and uncomfortable) a few years ago. Personally, I love the fact that they kept all of the original walls and have not updated as to keep the integrity of the past.

Once they hire some cleaners, I would give them 6...

Rivoli Theatre and Pizzeria is a fun, nostalgic spot that brings together the charm of an old-school movie theater with the convenience of in-theater dining. The spacious seating with tables is perfect for a comfortable movie experience, and the added perk of ordering food and having it delivered right to your seat is a treat. The theater has a lovely vintage vibe that adds to its unique character. They serve beer and soda. The pizza was decent, though the crust was a bit doughy for my taste, and the popcorn, though tasty, was prepared ahead of time, leaving it slightly mushy. However, the friendly staff, dressed in festive Halloween costumes, made the visit extra enjoyable. Overall, Rivoli Theatre and Pizzeria offers a great mix of atmosphere and entertainment, making it a fun place to catch a movie with a meal!

Great staff & concessions. Attended a work-related event here during the weekday. Typically, people can park in the parking lot across the street. Rude, elderly, Caucasian man from State Bank came in and told everyone to park somewhere else or he would have them towed. As people were relocating their cars, he stood in the parking lot with his phone in a threatening way like he would call the police or a tow truck. Best option during business hours is to park in a parking ramp. The theater was a great host for our event!
