THE WORST-Blooms in La Grange, KY!!!!!!!This florist,Blooms, is the worst I have EVER in countered in my 30 years of ordering from various florists around the country!!!! I had called to place an order to be delivered that day to a friend with cancer, celebrating her last day of chemo/radiation. They took my credit card information and told me it would be delivered that day, my friend lives just a couple miles from their store. When I came home later the evening, I had received a message from Blooms staff that they did not even attempt to deliver the flowers as they had called my friend's home and no one had answered. Well, my friend happens to have no voice because of the type of cancer she has plus, even if she did, having cancer, she would not have been up to getting to the phone. The next day, I had to phone Blooms as they still made no attempt to deliver the flowers. I explained my friends condition and that I was VERY upset about their putting forth NO effort to deliver the flowers. I told them that they must deliver that day as they did not fulfill their obligation for a paid order! I called them at around 4 pm and they told me that the delivery truck was already out and that the flowers would be delivered the next day, Thursday. Today is Friday... three days after I made the order and my friend still has not received her flowers and I have not received a phone call from...

Liv really brought my vision to life! Everyone’s florals were gorgeous, the baby’s breath for my hair were stunning, my cake and memorial florals were perfection, and the venue owner had a blast using up the dried florals purchased to decorate the barn/reception space.

The process was excellent, from the first meeting to every correspondence since. I felt like every detail of my wedding florals were dealt with care and intention. I also appreciate how Bloom’s was able to best work with my budget, my color choices, and my husbands allergies to create the most beautiful pieces. I loved my bridal bouquet SO much that I had it preserved into a shadow box and 2 ring dishes! (Note: different company provided the preservation service)

I cannot recommend enough this company for your floral needs! Additionally, I strongly recommend that everyone consider a dried floral boutonniere on a magnetic clip. I have my husbands and nephews on the fridge and it’s a nice little decoration to remind us of our “best...

Today I came to Blooms, like I've done multiple times before, to buy flowers. First let me start by saying the florist was absolutely rude. She acted as though my walking in the door was an absolute inconvenience for her. When I was able to catch her attention and explain what I wanted (she still got it wrong mind you) she then began complaining to a co-worker that she just had to have a cigarette right now and that people needed to start tipping her when she delivered flowers because it is a "service" she is providing. She then went on to complain about every order and location of each delivery while botching up the flowers I requested. She did a horrid job, ran her mouth non-stop, and basically behaved as though I wasn't even standing there. I will NEVER go here again! I purposely asked where the past florist was and when they stated he had left for a position elsewhere I realized then that this place is now going into the dumps. I won't waste my money...
