Kohl's — Local services in La Habra

Poor management (Kendra in Kohl’s La Habra)and poorly trained employee!!! I purchased 2 jackets about 3 days as gifts. I had to exchange them due to wrong sizes. 1 jacket was exchanged but the other one didn’t have the correct size, so I had to purchase another jacket that has a higher price. Employee handed me the receipt for the refund without saying anything. When I got home, I realized that she didn’t give me a full refund & deducted my $10 Kohl’s cash without communicating to me, despite me purchasing another pricier jacket. I went back to the store & asked for the manager, Kendra. She stated that her employee communicated to me that I will loose the Kohl’s cash. She lied because she was really red when she was confronted & caught lying. Kendra didn’t believe me & backed up her lying employee who worked 12/12/19 @ 9pm. I wished I got her name. If I knew about loosing the koh’s cash I would have found another jacket of a different brand that has the same price for an even exchange, so she didn’t have to return it to my card & loose my Kohl’s cash that I’ve earned. I’m not that familiar with Kohl’s cash & it’s not even the $10, but it’s the lying employee & poor customer service with Kendra at La Habra to loose a customer forever over a lying employee & $10 Kohl’s cash!!! This Kohls is one of those stores I can walk into with a return and manage to come out with a purchase. The workers are all usually in a good, friendly mood and very helpful when I need assistance in finding a product or seeing if they have something in stock! I've had some really good laughs with a few of the register workers, they make my shopping trips even more enjoyable. The clearance sections are always fun. Its a hit or miss kinda deal, when you deal with clearance, but at least most of things are still quality items. I do enjoy the ease of their layout and how the racks and shelves are never too close together-- you can actually move your cart around easily. Overall, its a good...

This kohl's is really horrible no question about it! The lost prevention security team here at this location has NO clue on how to do their JOB. I witnessed these so called "security" guy's following a guy the whole time he was just shopping for clothes, then even followed him to the line when he was paying for a pair of shoes and waited right next to the door like if the alarm was going to go off when the gentleman walked out. And of course no alarm went off, just this idiot security guy with a paranoid brain. The lost prevention guy was a bald head Mexican guy, really needs some classes on how to do his job correctly.
