Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in La Habra

Please read this, Chick-fil-A that's what all people say, Tonight i been to this location I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, when I received the meal at the table I opened the box to start eating and guess what??!!, The half of the wrap was letus only I asked for the manager, Then she came i showed her the food that I got and I told her the second half has no chicken in it and I wasn't happy I would like to have another one, the manager said this is my shift and we will not make any changes for your food and if you want another one you will have to pay for it, there was three customers that witness what she said to me. I called the police and they said they were on their way, i was so calm I did not scream to anyone I wasn't yelling there's cameras in that restaurant after a while a security guard came to the restaurant screaming at me front of all the customers he was harassing me,the police came i showed myself to them saying I am here the one who called you, two officers one of them said give us a second, the manager and someone employees went to the police officers I don't know what they told them about me, the police officers then came inside the restaurant aggressive one of them was and told me to leave the restaurant or I will arrest you for trespassing without even asking me why I called them on the phone and he didn't want to know what was going on at least the witnesses was trying to explain the situation but no way he forced me to leave, act of racism because I have accent. The manager have still my money $10 for a wrap that contains a teaspoon of chicken. So please people stop saying great customer service because its a lie you all friends with those employees. I always love Chick-fil-A, the restaurants are always very clean. The staff is always very polite and helpful. And the food is delicious!! But yesterday on Halloween was a different story. My boss placed an online order for the four of us in my office, I was to go pick the order up. I waited in the drive thru line, like I usually do, and gave the man my name and informed him I had an online order. He nodded and said to proceed to the window. I reached the window and the lady told me the payment didn't go through and asked if I had the card. Unfortunately, I did not. But my boss placed the order through my app so I was receiving all the notifications saying to join the drive thru line etc etc. I received a message saying my food was ready as well. Anyhow, I proceeded to go inside to talk to someone about the ordeal. A rude lady worker walked by and gave me a dirty look. The manager completely ignored me. I was approached by another male employee telling me I couldn't get the food unless I had the card. I showed him my app message saying the food was ready and the email saying thank you for letting us serve you. I then requested a receipt from my app to my email and lo and behold it came through on my email. In short, they never gave me the food all $52.74 of it. Never explained anything. Never apologized. And I assume they just threw the order away. It was a coworkers birthday lunch and I came back with no food. My boss was furious. She said the charge went through and was livid. Don't know what to do next, the $52.74 charge still is on my app in past transactions. And the whole attitude of that place was very unfriendly to me. Anyone offer...

First, let me start off by saying that I don't even like Chick-fil-A. But I needed something on my stomach. I order my food in the drive thru. Why do they have their employees out in the cold taking orders and taking your money? When I told the girl taking my card that at McDonald's they have a closet of jackets that employees can borrow during their shift, she replied, so does In-N'Out. Then she said she had to pay for a Chick-fil-A jacket. Thats kinda janky, but I digress. So I drive off after ordering nuggets. Matt repeated my order and announced my buffalo sauce. I drive off and guess what I don't have Matt...buffalo sauce. One reason I don't care for Chick-fil-A is that their food tastes like chemicals and I need the buffalo sauce to eat what they gave me. Now that I had to come back to your store, I'm going to sit in the parking lot and give you a bad review....
