Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in La Habra

I recently visited Red Robin and had an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the wonderful service from both Sofia and Herb. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I decided to try the Tavern Burgers, and they were delicious – perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.

Sofia was incredibly attentive throughout my meal. She checked on me regularly, ensured my drink was always topped off, and offered helpful recommendations for sides and desserts. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Herb also played a crucial role in making my visit enjoyable. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about providing excellent service. He made sure my food came out quickly and was just as I ordered.

The atmosphere at Red Robin was lively and fun, but the exceptional service from Sofia and Herb really made my dining experience stand out. They both demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, and their friendly demeanor made me feel like a valued guest. I left feeling completely satisfied, not only with the delicious Tavern Burgers but also with the outstanding service. My fiance ordered a Veggie Burger last night, unfortunately that was not what we received. She ended up getting a regular meat burger, this is completely out of line especially for a vegetarian who had to find out the hard way she was eating meat. What if my kid had a peanut allergy or something along those lines. We told the waitress and we didn't make a scene the manger come over and said here is your burger and we didn't even get a apology from him for recieving meat in the first place. Then when we went to check out there where two burgers on our bill so we then almost got double charged for something that should of never happened in the first place, we ended up getting the additional burger removed still had to pay for the one we originally ordered. THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE ACCOUNTABILITY from the manger and his team for when things go wrong like this and they must double check that they are getting there orders right because something like this can have grave consequences not just for vegetarians/vegans but for people with food allergies . DONT GO HERE if you are a vegetarian/vegan wanting a veggie patty or if you have any allergies of any sort. can't trust the staff and cooks to make sure you food is prepared properly and the manger won't even give a apology...

I have eaten at Red Robin for years, most recently and frequently is the La Habra location as is the most convenient location for us.

We eat there often enough that the server remembers us, and since we order very much like Meg Ryan in "Harry Met Sally" the fact that she still serves us says something.

Prices can be high, this is what Carls Jr is talking about with their $6 burger or whatever. I don't know what people in the other reviews are talking about. If you order a plain ordinary burger that is what you will get, based on the comments, RR should just get rid of the regular burger. If fact, any fool that is willing to pay $8 or whatever for a generic burger probably has the servers and cooks ROTFLTAO.

As far as Burgers go, there are some pretty amazing selections, Banzai, Whiskey River, Chophouse, and others. OMG there are some great burgers.

Personally, unless it comes on a "special" bun as it was designed, we always order it on a wheat bun, not only healthier but tastier as well.

Usually we find the fries to be underdone, so we always order them crispy, which also means fresh from the fryer.
