This review is long overdue- we’ve been coming to Murk Doggy for years, and it’s truly one of our favorite neighborhood gems. 🐾 The self-serve dog wash is top-tier, everything you need is provided: shampoo, towels, fragrance sprays, cotton balls, even aprons so you don’t get wet! The stations are always clean, and some can even be raised, which is a great for senior dogs, or for saving your back. Greg (the owner) and his family are incredibly attentive and hands-on. They’re constantly checking in, restocking supplies, and helping new customers learn how to use the wash. They truly care about everyone that walks in. They carry a wide range of food and treats to fit different needs, plus an awesome variety of leashes, harnesses, sports jerseys, and accessories. Be sure to check out the freezer for doggy birthday cakes! Also… my dogs love this place. They know exactly where the treat stash is behind the counter... thanks Greg 😅 We’re very lucky to have a small business like this nearby- one that knows your pets and cares about...

Just had a rude and shady interaction with some woman named Lisa. I was simply trying to get prices for my two dogs as they are different sizes. I know some places charge different depending on the dogs so was simply asking questions. Lisa started off giving me pricing and was making offhanded remarks about a husky that they were cleaning up after. I thought that was weird since I told her I had a husky. She said that you didn’t have to clean up a ton after the dog and to just make sure you brush before you bring the dog. Hair isn’t really preventable with a husky but okay. We got off the phone and then she called me back a few minutes later to let me know she would charge me more depending on the mess. She couldn’t even give me a price and then started asking if I was a groomer. Lady I’m just at home with my hairy dogs and a baby. They were talking about someone else in the back ground and she just started acting shady. Overall I don’t really trust taking my dogs there. Just such an uncomfortable...

I've been being my Huskey here at least once or twice a month for a while. Today I was told that if I was going to come back it was going to be a considerable increase in the price. After questioning they said because I don't clean up after myself and it's troublesome to other costumers. 1) I've cleaned up every time I've gone. They have told me that I didn't need to but I've insisted because I know she makes a mess. The only time I didn't clean up was today. And 2) if you can't properly cater to double coated dogs then don't allow them. I wouldn't bring your double coated pups here unless you want to be charge the amount it would cost to take...
