I am so glad that I found One Stop Cellular!!! I called but there was no answer and I did not leave a voicemail but Jeff called me back anyway within a minute of my missed call! I’m sure he would’ve picked up right away if he wasn’t helping someone at the time. Stand up guy!!! Not only is this place professional and has speedy results but it’s also very very reasonably priced unlike a lot of other phone repair shops.

I RARELY ever do reviews but felt it was extremely necessary to let everybody know how happy I was with the service and the price! Not only did Jeff fix the screen on my old iPhone 6s Plus within 15 min and only for $55 (a hell of a deal!), but he also included a free tempered glass and he applied it himself which I’m grateful for because I always miss those things up but he did a perfect job! My old iPhone looks as good as new and I will never go to any other repair shop as long as Jeff is still here so please help me support his business as this shop is a gem!!!

Also I bought an iPhone case for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max that anywhere else would’ve cost $50 or more but I got it for $30 and got 50% off due to holiday promotion!

I drive from Long Beach to La Habra just to see Jeff—yes, it’s that serious.

Let me tell you, I’ve dropped my phone more times than I care to admit. (Gravity and I have a complicated relationship.) After a bad experience at another repair shop, I randomly found Jeff at One Stop Celular in La Habra—and that was it. Game over. I found my guy.

From that very first visit, Jeff blew me away with how much he knows about phones. He didn’t just fix my phone—he gave it a second life. And the service? Top-tier. No nonsense, super fair, and just an all-around good experience every time.

Over the years, I’ve brought in phones that were cracked, smashed, glitchy—you name it, I’ve done it. And every single time, Jeff has handled it like a wizard. Even after I moved to Long Beach, I still make the drive all the way back to La Habra just to see him. That means I’m literally skipping past hundreds of phone shops along the way. Why? Because once you find someone you trust, who actually knows what they’re doing (and doesn’t treat you like a walking wallet), you don’t mess with that.

I brought my Samsung Z fold 5 here because my foldable screen broke. They had to order it and in came the following day. Jeff was the associate that worked on my phone. He was done with it in about an hour. He made sure that everything was working on my phone before I left, and it was. Unfortunately, when I got home later that night, my front screen went blank. I took it back the next day, and Jeff tried to get it to work, but he couldn't fix it. He then told me that he ordered a new screen for me, and that it was going to be free of charge. That was awesome of him. For some crazy reason, 2 days later, my front screen turned on and I haven't had a problem since. I called Jeff to let him know, and he explained how the software works, and to keep an eye on it just in case it goes out again. He told me that he would hang on the screen in case something did happen. I got to say that the customer service here is exceptional! Jeff really wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied, and I definitely am!...
