I had my gaming computer repaired here about 7 months ago, and I’d recently been having some problems with both my IPhone camera and flashlight, and wanted to get a quote on repairs for it, so I thought I’d go back because I had a great past experience with them. When I came in Mohammed initially said that I probably would have to get it looked at if I wanted to fix the flashlight, but quoted me $80 for the camera part and labor. This took less than 30 minutes, and not only did he fix my camera, he also fixed my flashlight for completely free as well. Afterwards, we also had a delightful conversation about my pc and what types of games and other things I’d been doing on it since I finished my new build. I came here because of its five-star rating. Given its high reputation and great customer service, I decided to give it a try.

I brought in my 7th-generation iPod Touch in mid-December, submitted a repair request, got a quote, and decided to move forward. The price was reasonable, and the turnaround time was quick. I paid $140 out the door for a battery replacement, and I was told the logic board was also replaced.

Everything worked fine for about six weeks, but now the device won’t power on, and I’m experiencing the same issue. I re-submitted a quote through their website on January 29 and again on February 8, explaining the situation. However, I still haven't heard back, and it’s now February 12.

They were also upfront and transparent about pricing, which I really appreciated. It showed they value honesty and clarity with their customers.

On top of that, I asked them to check why my computer was struggling to run certain games, and they found and fixed the issue completely. I was ecstatic to finally play the games I'd been wanting to run for so long!
