Don't go to Theresa in #101 ! This woman doesn't understand how to take bulk off the bottom of hair and gives a bad haircut. She has used to wrong perm brand on me and tried to hide it, and when I asked for a full head of highlights and described in detail that I wanted big chunky sections in the back, she left the back of my hair practically all my natural color. When I sent her photos asking her to redo it she became VERY defensive and would not redo my hair, instead of apologizing she basically told me not to come back to her. This is a review for Love is in the Hair by Amanda in Suite 112. I’m a newer client who happened to walk by Phenix Salon Suites one day and saw a paper taped up to the window that listed salons looking for new clients. I started calling the numbers listed but no one answered, until I got to Love is in the Hair. Amanda answered right away, and I knew that I had found my new hairdresser by the tone of her voice.

Got my brows laminated by Amber and she is THE BEST! Love the way my brows came out and the hospitality/customer care is top tier. I went in hungover and basically on my death bed and Amber was sweet enough to play some chill music, dim the lights, and give me a blanket/snacks while my brows processed. Legit left feeling less hellish and super fly with my new brows. Also, might’ve levitated to Santigold. Anyways 10/10 go to Amber...
