Horrible customer service at this location. I love going to Cold stone, but today I had the opportunity to try out this location at La mirada and this server whose name it’s Tatina G. was helping me out but in a very rude way. She looked like she didn’t want to be working there but was forced to it. I could tell from the jump when I asked for some samples that I was not going to have a good experience. She handed me only one scoop when we came in a group of 4, besides that when we all ordered she gave us very small quantities of toppings when we had asked for extra. I visited this Cold Stone with a friend for the first time. When I walked in I noticed customers eating ice cream in cups in the outdoor seats. There are no seats inside to "Dine in" at this location. I ordered a cookie dough ice cream with Carmel and nuts in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. The ice cream was delicious. But the cone was stale. If I return I will definitely order my ice cream in a cup. My order for 2 people was $29. Our ice cream order was way more expensive than I would've expected. Yes, cold stone is expensive, it's been known, but nowadays so is everything else. Find joy in the little things and indulge. Spending $1-$3 extra on an ice cream for a better experience isn't going to stop you from being a millionaire.
