I have been a loyal and long time customer, even from their original location down the street. You have been forewarned. I bought a Stiiizy vap pen battery yesterday and the button wasn't working (keeps sticking on) causing the oil to overheat and burn out. When the person behind the counter was showing it to me it was doing the same thing but they didn't say anything, when questioned they said it was OK. I went back to exchange it for one that was working and they said NO, that I need to BUY another one at 20% off (but they raised the price 20% from the one I bought the day before so it was like paying full price). I wasn't asking to replace the pod I lost, I wasn't asking for a refund, just an exchange for one that works. This is how they treat long time loyal customers? It's an ok spot.. looks like they are stuck in the 1990's, still charging $50/8th for "medical". Came through because I couldn't make it to my normal spots in lake Elsinore.. where I pay $85/ounce for house brand indicas.. and to compare, it's definetly as good if not better then the 8th I just picked up for 50. It is what it is, at least they put the effort to exist and serve. Required lots of effort today... Place was lit up by lanterns and flashlights.. info being checked over cell phones.. had no power.
