MAJOR WARNING .... 00000 STARS-I had been a customer for over 30 years will never go back last item purchased in September 2024 paint is peeling , manager very rude owner not much help customer service is a 0. Save your money and shop where you are treated with dignity, its a joke there now. Reply 01.04.2025 -damaged return I informed you on 9/4/2024 that the desk paint was already coming off you offered no solution so I asked if I can have touch up paint for the desk because I informed you the paint was coming off my desk at the time when I came in with my concern also with my interaction with the manager was very rude and cocky . You said I will refund you 100 for the incorrect sizing only did not offer to take back the desk that cost 2000.00 or fix the paint issue. You reorded the furniture piece along with the touch up paint on 9/4/2024 recieved on 12/22/2024 , it took over 3 months . Again bad customer service . Consumers...

Just moved to La Mirada, CA. I was on a tight budget but also wanted something nice and comfortable. My wife was not going to settle for anything less. I was nervous about how I was going to be able to furnish the whole house. My new neighbor said I should check out Visions In Furniture because they have been in the area for a long time. Boy am I glad I did! As soon as I walked in, browsed around and saw the furniture and prices I was ecstatic! My wife smiled and said I already know what I want. I was happy as can be! The service was excellent and within a few days my home was furnished....

I had the worst experience ever ! Ordered a couch and was told an estimated time frame of a few weeks and it ended up being 3 months. Decided to cancel my order because of the run around and the extremely long timeframe to receive a couch. Called over 8 times and never received a call back until I had to follow up every single time. Do not recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. Should have listened to friends and family that all warned me about this store but guess I had to find out the hard way. Wasted my time and they are full of excuses VERY...
