I pulled in at 10:53and tried to order a pizza combo for my kids, I was told pizza orders aren't served for seven minutes until 11. So I said I would come back around. I parked made a business call and came back around at 11:04, reordered and was told it wouldn't be available for seven minutes, because they still were cooking. I was confused as the other attendant told me they would be available in seven minutes already and I had already. I asked when they would be ready she said they were pulling them out of the oven now, I asked if I could order and wait. I paid, then was informed that part of my order would be available for half and hour due to an issue with the breadsticks. They offered me something besides the breadsticks. I asked they could sub it in for, since I couldn't wait (it had already been 20 minutes now since I tried to order originally.) she said anything. Since I don't know the menu and was frustrated I just asked for the pizzas and drink and was ready to leave.
The manager did try to make up this mix up to me by comping one of my meals and giving me cash back for it which was really nice of her and why I gave two stars instead of one.
However, I will go to another location next time I need pizza on the go, or honestly will order for pick up from a competitor would have...
Read moreI struggled to order because the person taking my order didn't speak English so an interpreter kept intervening, my simple order became frustrating and I couldn't understand one word. I almost drove away. Then the lady who spoke English finally took my order I gave her my ATM card she gave it to the guy that doesn't speak English he handed me my food but kept my ATM card. I pulled to the side stayed in their parking lot in eyesight of the drive through for at least 20 minutes eating my food that was wrong! and they didn't bother to come out to give me my ATM card!! it's 2 hours away from my house I drove home in my town and stopped to get gas that's when I realized they still had my ATM card and I wasn't able to go back I had to cancel the card I'm not trying to be mean or degrade anyone that doesn't speak English, although this is America, but what I'm saying is I had a very irritating and frustrating experience and I wonder if I'm...
Read moreAugust 19th 2023 I had a great experience at the Taco Bell in La Mirada on Leffingwell Rd & La Mirada Blvd. I dined in and CELESTE was running both the drive-thru and the front counter. She's a pro, and cheerful and you can see she loves her job. I complimented her to her manager and asked if she would forward my compliment to the General Manager Irene. Celeste is like a conductor of an orchestra who moves easily like lightning between the computer and the headset and the dispensers, and her coworkers / the prep team.
