Hello, I don’t recommend this spot (they screwed me twice, I guess it’s my fault for giving them a second chance). 1st problem is that I purchased a vehicle “Clean Title” when I received the title via mail from the “DMV” it was marked as salvage (they offered me what I believe ($200-300 back) I was cool with with but recently about 3 months ago , I decided to give em a 2nd chance which lead me to purchase 2 more vehicles from them (The 1st vehicle got Check engine light and a the ABS light on THE VERY NEXT DAY! 🤣) I believe they work on the cars to try to make em seem better but they Mickey Mouse everything (tape on the sunroof so water wouldn’t come in😂) either way the 2nd car I got told it was clean and everything but then turned out the air bags had been deployed (again during auction they have a personal driver moving the car but I believe they erase the dash lights before because same thing my air bags notification showed up that same day as soon as I arrived home I was checking out the car and when I turned it on that’s when those Christmas lights came on 😂) they do offer an additional option to pay if you don’t like the car (but it can’t be because of mechanical issues/failure ) but I contacted them (via TXT MSG) and never heard from them again , just be careful and really really try to check out the cars if you go , also theres a guy (during the auction) thats tries to make you do a 5 Star Review during the whole auction kinda of annoying and why make a lot of people rate it during the auction if they haven’t purchased a vehicle 😂

Update to your response: yes I’m aware that I could buy a 0 mile car of the lot but yet again I don’t think a Title can be confused or misunderstood when a blank rectangle states it’s a “Clean Title” and one that has the wording “SALVAGE” well it’s a salvage car 😅 , but yes mechanical issues do appear even on 0 miles cars hence why I stated “just be careful and really really try to check the cars out” also can buyers bring in their own scanners ? To check for any codes 🤔 and the Mickey Mouse repairs don’t cut it either 😭, either way no worries like I mentioned MY FAULT for trusting your business , but again that 5 star review DUDE IS basically begging the buyers to give you guys 5 stars even before making a purchase (I ain’t no Albert Einstein) but how in the world can you rate something without even purchasing or owning a vehicle...

me and my family came here on a saturday around 2:40pm looking to purchase a family car since we now have our two month old son. we were choosing between two cars but ended up going with a 2009 chevy impala. on the paper that was on the car it was mentioned it had been a 2010 & lower mileage. when we came up to the desk to purchase it they barely told us it was a year older (2009) and it had about 20,000 more miles than what the paper mentioned. after being there for quite some time we decided to take the chance at grabbing it. there's a $500 deposit. after paying the deposit you wait in line to pay the rest of the vehicle cost and if you want all the stuff regarding the dmv. we were waiting outside all the way up to 8:20pm the process is very slow so i suggest you go and get yourself something to drink and eat before coming. please keep in mind they do not let you test drive the vehicle. so if you see a car with a reasonable price you should remember it's probably for a reason. we had several fixings that needed to be done to repair the car we had. that put $2,000+ in repairs that we had to pay out of pocket because the car was not in safe circumstances to continue running especially with our little one. at the end of the day this place is just about making their sales. they do not have the heart to tell you the truth on what's up with the car, because guaranteed if they were to tell the buyer everything that's wrong with the car most would never even get purchased. even if we had token the vehicle back the company still takes 10% of the cars worth and keeps it for "re stocking fee". majority of the employees that were working were waiting around in the vehicles and drinking large counts of beer. also to mention when we opened up the trunk to put our babies stroller inside it reeked of beer. one employee who took our vehicle out for us had left his edibles in the car as well. also we do know they were his because when we first looked in the car nothing but an empty cup was in the front and after he got out the car from getting us the keys he then left his item. unfortunately i have to give one star as part of the review but if i could i would...

I bought a 2012 Audi A8 L a few months back. I had an issue a few hours after I pulled out the lot. I called them and let them know what was going on. The owner Greg was super nice and told me to bring it back and he would have a look at it and make sure he fixed the issue for me. Very stand up thing to do considering I did purchase AS IS and he didn't have to do it. I mean it was the right thing to do considering I literally just bought it but he didn't have to. Ya know. I brought it back and he had to order a part and told me when it got there he would call me and have me come back in so he could fix the issue . A week later he kept his word and called me and told me to come in and he would fix it . I was unable to make it back until now l..I was out of town. But he was very patient with me and told me to come on back whenever I had the chance . I'm here now and he is fixing the issue. Thanks Greg. Not many stand up men left these days. I appreciate you fixing the issue for me . I don't care what they say about you hahaha your alright in my book.

Edit and update on the issue that was fixed! I was skeptical honestly that the issue would have been fixed just because I am a skeptical person in general lol unless I'm shown otherwise. The issue was FIXED! AHHHH THANK GOD BECAUSE IT WASNT A VERY GOOD ISSUE TO DEAL WITH . So thank you Greg and team for diagnosing and making the issue go away!!!
