SUPPOSED TO GET A WHOLE RACK OF RIBS, ENDED UP WITH A BURNT HALF RACK AND A 1/4TH OF A RACK. NO BBQ SAUCE.

MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! A. CAME TO THE TABLE AND BARELY ACKNOWLEDGED THE MISTAKES B. DIDNT OFFER ANY INCENTIVE C. HAD AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE WE WERE MAKING A COMPLAINT D. WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX THE ORDER, BUT CAME BACK WITH THE WRONG FOOD. E. BARELY HAD AN APOLOGY.

I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN HERE, BUT MANAGEMENT AND THE KITCHEN STAFF MUST HAVE BEEN EATING HIPPIE LETTUCE OR SOMETHING.......
WE HAD A NICE WAITER. FATHERS DAY (06/17/2024):
WAITER - We had like 3 different waiters. Our original waiter had too many tables apparently and had to send someone else to us. Then she got caught up doing something and sent us yet another waiter. Now in spite of that, we didn't have too many issues needing anything.
FOOD - My wife ordered a steak Well Done and it came back Medium Rare. It wasn't even close and there is no excuse for something like that. She cut into different parts of it to check it and it made her very nauseous.
BATHROOMS - COMPLETELY UNSANITARY & NASTY • The walls were nasty with soap residue all over from the Hand dryers blowing • The floor was nasty • Toilets were so filthy I almost threw up. Urine and dirt all over the place. • Sink was just as nasty and there is no way anyone could have washed their hands in that • It was so bad, If it was for the fact we were leaving, I would have had to leave just so my son could use the bathroom somewhere else. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE • Which also means that if its that bad, where are the servers and waiters using the bathroom and washing their hands considering they are handling food?
BILL - (not too big of a deal but still needs to be addressed) We were charged $35+ instead of $29 for the Steak because it had the bone. We notified the waiter and they informed us that the Menu doesn't show the up-charge and that many people get blindsided by this. Read moreMy wife and I ordered 2 premium steaks the service by our waiter was impeccable . The food , not so much . She ordered med well and me medium both came well done to dead which when shown to the waiter he agreed . I initially cut a piece open to see and saw pink so I left it alone . Until I cut the other side and flat brown through out . A manger then came to the table and when I showed her she initially said nothing just looking at me without responding . I said “ apparently your inaction means you do not agree with me . She stated it’s judt that you should have said something sooner . I explained that I waited until I got my waiter’s attention as he was also tending bar and busy. She just restated that they prefer the customer bring it to their attention as soon as it’s served . You’ve said that I stated and if she was inferring that I ate the steak , I showed her bothers all there but cut into pieces for inspection and not to mention a great deal of fat on the steak . She just walked away . 5 minutes later , different female manager came I explained what I had been through she said she would reorder the meal which by then I judt asked for it to go . I asked her for a $30 steak , you should get the way you order it . The agreed . The thing is that my bill came to $76 plus change and no offer to discount or take anything off or apology for the bad experience . We are repeat customers band are local to this restaurant go often and have not had a problem . I wanted to share this because I felt wronged . If I support a place of business they should value me . Read moreLet me start by saying the waitress was great and what I am about to say is NOT a reflection on her. She was great. We went for my sister's birthday and all she wanted was prime rib. This was the 3rd place we called and they verified they had it. There were 8 of us for dinner, 1 child, 3 teens, and 4 adults, and even with call ahead seating we had to wait about 45 minutes to get a table after 7pm on a Thursday night. Ok. We were a large group, we had to wait. Once we get seated, they take our drink orders, but they were out of root beer. A while later they take our food order. 3 people wanted prime rib but were told they were out! What?? That is why we came here! Those very disappointed people quickly decided on something and everyone placed their order. A while goes by and and I overheard from the waitress at the next table that they are out of baked potatoes. We call our waitress back to ask her and she said she was just about to come and tell us this. So some of us make the side order change and we wait a little longer. When they finally bring the food it turns out they were also out of American cheese and hamburger buns (for burgers), and rice for shrimp. The burger was raw and had to be sent back. This restaurant is in a plaza with a Walmart and a grocery store. One would think that if their supplies ran out or didn't come in the manager would have been smart enough to go buy them. Not the prime rib, but a pack of cheese and hamburger rolls at least! It was ridiculous. Overall the food we did get was ok but the experience was not. VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!
