Regarding a recent visit.
Good evening once again, I am writing this email once again in absolute disgust. We ordered $13.29 worth of food (12 piece nugget meal) to share. The large fry container was not completely full.
Went back up to the register and asked for more fries, and spoke to an employee who walked over to the area where the food is prepared and waiting to be distributed. That employee spoke to another Coworker with a Blue Sweater on (We found out after her name is Madison) and explained my situation. Madison did not seem to like what she had to say and proceeded to grab fries out of the fries container with her BARE hands and tried to place them into my Large fry container. Let me say that again, MADISON USED HER BARE HANDS, no gloves, no anything and attempted to place fries in my Large fry container. The other employee saw what Madison was doing and moved the fries container before Madison could put the contaminated fries in the container. MADISON then placed the fries back into the fries container (the area where the orders are waiting to be picked up). We confronted the employee and asked her " was she about to put fries in my container with her bare hands"? The other responded " Yes, but I stopped her". WHAT IN THE WORLD!
Madison then came over and tried to say she was throwing them away, not trying to place them in the fry container. Those fries that she touched went back into the tray into someone else's order. So someone else received fries that were touched with bare hands by Madison.
This is totally uncalled for, disgusting and cross contamination is very high. That is how individuals end up getting sick.
Unacceptable for service.

Today, my daughter's teacher sent out a message to all about Chik-fila-A would provide a free lunch or dinner in Laplata & Waldorf to a student with a student ID. I praised this effort to my mom because a lot of children are only afforded meals from school. My mom said, "Let's not praise Chik-fil-A just yet, because they'll probably end up turning the kids away." I figured we always frequent this location & are usually satisfied, so I know they wont disappoint!
My mom & I traveled with 4 Charles County students, my 2 children & my sister's 2 children. We'd arrived just before 7:40pm. The line was long, but expected. Eventually, I noticed cars moving out of the drive thru pretty quickly. When we pulled up to place their orders, I told them that we had 4 Charles County students & asked if we were supposed to order from the kids menu or how does this work? I was told that, "Oh, that ended at 4pm." "I said Wow! Just like you said mom, don't praise until you they do." We placed their orders anyway, because we'd promised them dinner from 1 of their favorite restaurants. But it was definitely a wasted trip! When I pulled up to pay, I'd asked was this the only location that stopped providing dinner at 4pm? The cashier said "I'm not sure about other locations, but my manager said that we were stopping at 4pm."
I was extremely disappointed with them for turning away & disappointing children, but I'd refused to let them leave without getting their dinner. There was nothing on the post from Charles County Schools stating that this would end at 4pm or that this was "Chik-fil-A's manager's...
Read moreI did a drive thru pick up order a head of time plus another placed one at the window that took longer time than usual to have anyone acknowledge that I was even waiting to hear anyone greet me . I then press a lil on my gas to move up than here a voice say hello ? .i then Ordered my second order plus stated I had also had a pick up order I did for drive thru pink up. The young lady than said okay pull around . She never asked me for the name of my pick up order . When I pulled around a young man then gave me my total for my second order after I paid and ask for sauce . I than said I also had my pick up order and gave my name then he went to go look . then the young lady says oh well actually your suppose say you have pick up order at window with a nasty body language and tone . I then said well I did say I had a pick up order I never got asked for a name . She then says” you pulled off too quick before I could ask im the one that took your order “ . I said either way you knew I had a pick up order and still didn’t have my name until I just now gave you it . She aggressively proceeded to act like she’s preparing my order .by her body language and the other staff I didn’t even want my food anymore . I felt like she would’ve purposely forgot something in my order or do something to my food . I told them I canceled my order on the app and to not worry about it . I drive off , I never experienced this type of energy in my life . I don’t recommend to ever come to this location, they are very unfriendly...
