This is probably the best comic book store in the region in terms of selection and I was so happy when they moved closer to me. As the title suggests it’s not just comic, toys, and the like. They also have a MASSIVE collection of physical media of records, DVDs, books, VHS tapes, and much more. Because the sections are organized by genre it is really easy to find what you need and leave but the amount of stuff makes me want to stay for hours. Also I love love love the murals on the side of the building.

The only thing that keeps this store from being perfect is that parts of the store are not very accessible. If you use mobility aids or have very poor vision in dimly lit areas than a little under half of the store is basically unavailable for you. Some sections are super narrow and dark. Best comic book store I've been to in the Houston area, heck maybe in Texas period. Great inventory of both new and (more important to me) old stuff. Most comic stores these days don't have a lot of back issues stocked but these guys have tons of Silver and Bronze Age comics on the wall and in boxes and for the most part the prices looked decent. The genres are each separated into their own section/room decorated with genre-specific figures, posters, games, etc. which was cool. Comics, magazines, novels, VHS tapes, laser discs, toys, figures, just all kinds of stuff to check out. They even have an Area 51 arcade game in the front. Absolutely massive selection of comics, and they also have troves of old vinyls, DVDs, VHS, CDs, cassette tapes, and even 8-tracks. The theme rooms are entertaining, and my two boys enjoyed the maze-like layout of the place. After browsing and finding a comic I wanted, I went to pay, and mentioned that I couldn't find some others I was looking for to the guy at the check-out. He immediately jumped to help me out and found exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely be back.
