Texacone Snowcones and Ice Cream — Restaurant in La Porte

Very nasty they made my drink twice and it just tasted like sweet milk. They don't even have a number to call to get a refuned. Drinks are too expensive to be that way.

Edit With all due respect we don't live no where around that area. We saw this place on Instagram and we wanted to come try the drinks we were near by when we went in there, the customer service was off. the place is very crowded not organized, I didn't even know where to stand in line. Next we got the drinks and tasted like sweet milk because I did not like how it tasted. it barely tasted like dreamsicle .They said they were just gonna make it the same as how they made it before. They said to add extra dreamsicle and still didn't do nothing. It was just frozen water with orange coloring why would I ask for another drink if it was top seller????? Again reason why I didn't get my refund right then and there we live far and i had things to do I came out there trying to support this SMALL business and I didnt have time to go back up there to get 3RD drink I don't want another drink I want my money you guys don't even have a number to call HOW...

Absolutely love this place, me and my mom discovered it a couple of months ago after a trip to a national park. When we arrived, I was surprised by how small it was, but got used to it quickly. a lot of the options were good in my opinion, but I decided to settle on a medium birthday cake snowcone. And I cannot underestimate this when I say it was one of the best snowcones I had in a long time. the texture and flavor surpassed my expectations, and the cream that I got along with it was just as good. And when we visited a little more recently, I decided to try their Sylvan Sunrise snow shake, and honestly, they executed it pretty well. while it did mostly taste like sweet cream or vanilla, there was still a decent hint of orange, but it still tasted very good regardless. with the size and location of the place, they work very well with what they have and would highly recommend it to people looking for another good...

My family and I come here almost daily! This is the best snowcone/Ice cream place around! Highly recommend. They are friendly, and very welcoming. To the negative comments below..every employee welcomes you when someone walks in, "Howdy!" So I find that hard to believe...they quality of everything on their menu is amazing so you get what you pay for. Their portions and sizes are larger than normal small, medium, large. The Sylvan Sunrise is amazing...so I think you just like to complain. If you weren't satisfied, you shouldn't have accepted the 2nd shake and asked for a refund. We don't need negative people in LP so you can stay on your side of town ✌️...
