Junk Junkies — Local services in La Porte

I went into this store because the place I intended to go was closed on Sunday and I was not aware of this. There were plenty of great finds in the store however the person in the store (not sure if was the owner) was quite dismissive to a young lady who was there with her child. I understand that there are lots of things there that she did not want broken and she certainly has the right to be concerned and also to implement a you break you buy policy. However, to tell someone that they “need to take their child to another venue” is perhaps one of the rudest things I have ever heard. Needless to say I immediately lost all interest in any of the items I found interesting. There is no excuse for downright rude.

love this place,yesterday was our first time in there,the owner is a very sweet woman,she treated us like old friends she was genuine,it truly is a treasure trove in the shop,the prices are great and reasonable also,what ever your looking for she will have it,we will definitely be returning customers,cant wait to visit again,one of our new favorite...
