I was looking for a certain embroidery thread and could not find anywhere. I finally landed upon And Sew it Began and was able to order 2 skeins. Rhonda was so sweet and mailed first class mail and only charged me the actual price to ship instead of the flat rate. She even included a little note asking me to email her so I could verify I received. That little note and the actual shipping cost were exceptional customer service . I know that if I am ever in LaPorte, TX, or even near, I will make a stop at her shop!! ...

Quilt shop or gift shop? Both! Unique and cool decor, food gifts, candles as well as quilting, embroidery and cross-stitch items. Love the hand-dyed embroidery floss and the little treasures found throughout the store. Located in downtown La Porte among other shops so definitely worth...
