My girlfriend bought a bed from them , they delivered it with a dirty bed cover , so I took it upon my self to change the bed cover soon as I removed the dirty bed cover . A swarm of bed bugs were on each corner . Threw it outside immediately didn’t even have it for more than 2hours , called the next day cause by then they were closed they said they basically didn’t care and it’s our fault the bed bugs got on it. The lady that works that has had my account messed up since she set it up. Took them three times to get my payment schedule right were they were calling me and threatening to come get there stuff. The lady is incompetent, rude, and if she was my employee I would fire her. She hung up me when I tried to schedule a pick up time to return everything to them. Have talked to them 3 times about returning their stuff and have yet to get a phone call from them. Will absolutely tell everyone not to waste...
