Burger King — Restaurant in La Porte

While I was waiting for my daughter’s food one of the employees noticed our family dog in the vehicle. She opened the window and asked if we wanted a pup cup and we said yes. She brought it back and I tried getting her to try it, but she was being shy. The employee told us how cute our dog was and then walked away. She came back and handed me a single chicken nugget. She said “maybe she’ll eat this instead”. I laughed and told her that she doesn’t like eating out of our hands for some reason and she laughed. A different employee brought the food out and we left. I hope that employee knows how wonderful she is! She didn’t have to do that, but she did. That made my day and I was glad to have such a good experience there. During this visit my daughter’s food wasn’t messed up and the food was hot and fresh which was a huge bonus! We don’t expect everything to be perfect every time we go there because they’re like any other “fast food” place, but when they do it really stands out to me. If there is a worse Burger King on the planet, I haven’t found it. The staff is extremely rude, including management. They will purposely mess up on your order and then treat you like you are the one at fault when you confront them about the matter. If you call to complain the manager will simply hang up on you. To say they DO NOT value your business is an understatement. The easiest job in the world is flipping burgers and they literally can’t even get that right. It is a wonder how most of them have made it through life this far....

I ONLY gave this business one star because I had to give at least one, if at all possible I would give this location a negative rating, simply because it is truly THAT BAD!

Avoid eating...

The food was good, but the service was lacking. I ordered online and chose pick-up instead of drive thru because the line was long. I went inside, no one greeted me. The man at the register was fixing something on it and ignored me. I told him I ordered online and he said I should have gone through the drive thru....there was no one waiting inside except me! I asked if it was a big deal and he made it seem like it was but he said it was fine and yelled to the crew that the online order is inside and not drive thru....I'm disappointed with the customer service, it's not like I was being difficult or anything, but they made me...
