T-Mobile — Local services in La Porte

I walked into T-Mobile with my family to discuss our options for switching over from another carrier. From the start, the gentleman (wish I could remember his name) was so polite and helpful. We did not intend on getting new phones, so we needed to figure out how to unlock the phones with our current carrier. Though he tried, we could not figure it out. We left but because of the stellar service (and prices) we called back later that day and decided to schedule an appointment to come back that following Tuesday. Tuesday's appointment was longer than expected, but Johnathan knocked it out of the park with customer service. We ended up leaving with four new phones and peace of mind knowing that all of our questions were answered, and concerns were acknowledged. This was by far the best experience we have had with a cell phone carrier ever. We've had our phones for over a week now and service so far has been great. UPDATE: 4/24 I had to go into the store because I already cracked my screen protector (which I can get them replaced unlimited due to option I chose) . I haven’t even had this phone a month and needed one already which Elly who is training Ashley assisted me. Both super sweet. I also had to get my Netflix account linked and go over my watch plan. Marques, who is another employee there, also came over and took the time to show me a helpful tool On my Apple Watch that I didn’t know. It’s actually very helpful if you press the side button and hit the phone icon it will make your iPhone beep even if it’s on silent so you can find it, and I literally lose mine daily!!!! I literally know all the staff here (I think) And they’re all very down-to-earth people I would highly recommend this location. Thank you guys again!!!!!!!

My experience with the T-mobile store in LaPorte was the best experience I've ever had with the company and I've been a customer since 2008! The staff is extremely personable, friendly and dedicated to their customer base. I'd like to give a special thank you to Jonathon and Stephen. Today, they patiently spent five + hours with me transferring all my data from my old phone to my new phone. They couldn't have been any better! The guys went above and beyond the call of duty to help me today. I'm truly grateful for all their help. They have a wonderful team that truly cares for the people they serve.
