Bought an $80+ toy with wife the other day. Toy stopped working after 10 minutes at home. Went back to store with original receipt (showing $200 we spent), spoke to same employee, asked for an in kind exchange, and was told"all sales final". we told her we didn't want our money back we just wanted a toy that worked. She stated call the manufacturer. I asked if I could speak to a manager she said there was none present. I asked if she could call the manager and request if I could make the exchange. She said she didn't have the manager's phone number or any way to get ahold of them. I said what if your business got robbed or burnt to the ground who would you call? The gentleman that answered the phone confirmed there are no doors or privacy for their booths and sounded proud that. Like that is a special feature of the place.
