Shopped here early in the afternoon and then came back to return what didn't fit. Stood in the return line for almost 15 minutes while people passed us up to make purchases. There were 3 cashier's and not one of them said one thing to us while we stood right in front of the line. A man, who I later identified as store manager, asked a cashier to do our refund. Again, while waited for the cash to do our refund several people were tended to. DARIO, the manager was rude, disrespectful, condescending, and very non accommodating. When I asked him why we had to wait so long he responded by saying, nobody else can do a refund. 4 cashier's,and a manager, on a Saturday night, and only one person can do a refund? Store was in total disarray, Dario was rude to a gentleman that asked to use the restroom and was doing absolutely nothing except pacing in the entrance and barking commands to other employees. If he is the manager why not train everyone to do refunds and control the lines. Why is the schedule not set to have complete coverage, a manager, customer service, staff that can perform cashier's duties and process refunds. I asked for general manager info and he just pointed to a sign in front of the store. Needles to say, I will not return to this store, Dario was a horrible example of a store manager and I will be contacting upper management on Monday. They were quite quick to take my money during the sale, but ridiculous and slow when I wanted to exchange what I bought earlier in the day. Read moreI had a very poor experience with the manager Mayra. She was very rude and quick to send me away when I asked for help getting information on a fraudulent charge that was made with my card. She lied and said she can't view transactions using a debit card which is a complete lie. I would have understood if it was a different location but it was that store and the transaction was supposedly made within a 48 hr period. She just simply did not want to help me and lacked any customer service that a good manager should attain. I thanked her for her time and went into the return line to process a return for a different purchase that I DID authorize and I did have a receipt for . When I was at the register the cashier paused mid transaction and I could tell that Mayra was telling her something about me. It could've been business related but given my poor experience I just had with her, it honestly made me feel very uncomfortable. Read moreToday I went to ross on Sweetwater Rd. It's a very nice & organized store. I went in for a girls bathing suit for my daughter. And we did find a pretty one. Of a the sudden she liked a backpack, a coloring book & accessories for her hair. Then we went to the men's section so I can take a look to see if I like something. For myself I bought me some shorts & a shirt. I want to thank someone in particular for her great customer. Her name is Jocelyn. She interacted very friendly with my daughter.
