La Michoacana Ice Cream — Restaurant in La Puente

With everything that is going on, I need to write this review. I went here with my daughter. I was already night time. She ordered and ice cream and I ordered an item that they had to make. The girl that made my food (short chubby girl) kept giving me really dirty looks. I was on my phone, but I could still see her. As she was making my food, she gave me one last look and tried to cover my food with her body, but I paid attention. She reached into her side pocket, passed her hand through my food, and poured the rest of the toppings on my food. I thought perhaps I was just being paranoid. I paid and walked out while she continued to follow me with a dirty stare. As soon as I pulled out in my car, another car began to follow me. I did a couple of turns and sure enough, the car was behind me. Luckily, I was able to lose it in the freeway.

The whole encounter was very sketchy. I did not eat my food and I will not be going back to this place. All I'm saying is...

Amazing! My favorite La Michoacana Ice cream shop by far. Huge selection ,so many flavors and varieties to choose from and so far everything I've had is delicious 😋 from the paleta , Ice cream strawberry cheesecake, frutas secas, chocolate abuelita,ezquimal,chongos zamoranos , cookie monster, arroz con leche, Nuez, soooo many choices 😃 , Aguas frescas, Banana splits, Mangoneadas , And I just tried the Acai Bowl new on the menu and wow loved it too 😍. The shop is super clean , they have great hours and the entire staff is soooo nice and welcoming , always. Thank you for such an authentic and pleasant "La Michoacana"...

I’ve going to this michoacana since they opened trying to support local businesses but the staff always very rude like if they don’t like their job or something always asking 1 dollar extra for a little thing or 1 dollar for extra for another thing they trying to go home before closing is very rude that there’s people standing up in line to order and they already mopping the floor like come on. I hope the owner of this place talk to this girl with big lashes and blonde hair because I just saw that there are more complaints about the customer service of...
