Ordered a pair of crocs for my granddaughter for christmas days ago because they didn't have the right size in stock. Was told I'd get an email in a few days that they were ready for pick up. I've tried calling for a couple of days to check on them as I've never heard anything and the phone is ALWAYS busy. Put the phone back on the hook and answer the freaking phone!! Going down there today. If they aren't there I'm getting a a refund on the other pair I bought for my other granddaughter and never ever going to shop at this store again!!! Who runs this place?? The idiotic employees must sit back and laugh at us knowing good and well we'll never get what we ordered. The other reviews indicate that. Wish I would have read them first before shopping here. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Khadir was knowledgeable about the shoes, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my choice before finalizing the purchase.
What really stood out was his professionalism and positive attitude. You could tell he genuinely cared about customer satisfaction and took pride in his work. It’s not every day you get this level of customer service in retail.

I set a pair of socks at register as I cross the store from men's to women's. Going back to men's, I set an outfit with the socks and the cashier asks for my phone number as I'm "WALKING AWAY",clearly still shopping. Jokingly, I ask if I'm being rushed out or if they're about to close. A few more words were exchanged resulting in the most negative and disrespectful attitude from the cashier as she was short with and not handing me my bag as I paid for my goods.
