I haven’t been to a BK in a long time probably because they got rid of my favorite, the BK stacker. But after a long day of shopping I decided to give this location a try. I dined inside, which is rare for me, but why not, you know. I also had some questions that I didn’t want to yell over the drive thru speaker. So I entered and was happy to find the store clean and welcoming. I was greeted by a young lady at the front before I even got to the counter. I told her my dilemma with the BK stacker and she apologized and gave me suggestions for alternatives. I ultimately ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwich meal because I wanted to try something new. As I was waiting for my meal, i saw the manager come out and check in with her team. She even greeted me and asked if I had been helped as the young lady briefly turned away from the counter to bag up another meal. I distinctly remember this because during the heart of the pandemic customer service was completely dismantled. Everyone was simply trying to survive and the pleasantries went out of the window. But here, my first time in a fast food restaurant in about a year, I felt welcomed and appreciated. It felt nice. I received my meal and sat down to eat. Please know that that chicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I had ever had. Hands down, Burger King won the chicken sandwich wars for me. Honestly. I want another one right now and it’s 9 am lol. But seriously, it was hot, fresh, and delicious. My entire experience was like that of a sit down restaurant. The food was excellent, the customer service was great, and the inside was clean! That small 30 minute lunch gave me hope for other restaurants. I’ll definitely stop here on all my target runs going...
Read moreWhere do I start, my husband and I are new to the area and my husband enjoys Burger King breakfast. We drive thru the drive way because we had our dog with us, when we got to the menu the young lady informed us via intercom that the drive thru was not working so we’d have to come in, we didn’t want to leave out fur baby in the car alone so my husband stayed in the car. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was that it was eI was the only customer in here felt like a meat freezer in there.. the fact that it was already cold and drizzling out side made it feel extremely cold inside. I mentioned it was very cold in BK and not only did I not get a response but she didn’t even look up at me, she walked to the register and asked me was I ready to put my order in. To make a long story short there is zero customer service, no good morning, no thank you come again, not even a half smile and to put the Cherry on the cake you have to employees take up the four parking spaces right in front of the door where you would normally park four they parked their cars in a way where no one else could for if they wanted to. I’ma businesses owner and customer satisfaction is everything to me and if I was the owner to this location I would get a shopper in there to see what really going on. Btw the reason I know it was employees cars in the front is because we sat in our car facing bk and we saw the girl come out to smoke for a few minutes and the guy in the back that was cooking came out to put something in his car. Good luck...
Read moreI used to go this location frequently, and I will not return.
I found hair in my food, not once, but twice.
I have experience in fast food, and know that it can happen from time to time; even when proper precautions are in place.
However, I am absolutely disgusted after bringing this particular issue up with a manger at this location. I told her I have found hair twice now in my food. I explained to her that I don’t have the time to bring it back, as my lunch is only 30 minutes and I can’t afford to miss any extra time from my scheduled meal break.
She then explained to me that “the dude in the back is bald and he don’t have no hair. I have dreadlocks, and my dreads don’t ever lose any hair, because they are dreads, it don’t make any sense of why you would find hair in your food. I can’t lose my hair because I have dreads and the dude back there is bald so that’s what it is.”
I was DUMBFOUNDED at what I was being told. I know first hand, you are to be more professional than what was presented to me. I was flabbergasted that she insisted she “couldn’t lose hair because she has dreadlocks” as ANYONE can lose hair regardless of what hairstyle you have. I was completely disturbed by what I was being told.
I have yet to return to this location. I cannot bring myself to go to an establishment where they refuse to wear hairnets/take proper sanitary...
