Starbucks — Restaurant in Smyrna

So my husband and I went to this location and I would to tell the worst customer service ever was waiting there for about 15 mins while the girls were chatting away after they finish with the other two customers that were there and still waiting to be attended and they were just chatting away and one of workers of target came and made her self something to drink while all three of them were chatting away and still waiting for them to attend me . So finally the girl attend me and I ask for just a danish and the other girl she is black she said to her and said no drinks and she said no just the Danish but she said with this look in her face "like really". I'm just saying we don't have to get a coffee or drinks at Starbucks and I felt like the customer service needs to be work on a little better. And I have work in customer service ever since I was 16 year old and I have learn a lot I was always taught that customer service is the number one and I thought Starbucks has it but this location needs lots...

Pulled up to the order box and was told to wait for a second, which we agreed to. Both me and my sister just waited as we discussed what drinks we were going to pick (we were speaking to each other so we didn't raise our voices or anything). The girl taking the orders then yelled at us saying she would take our order and to stop yelling at her. We stared at each other confused and obviously we got a bit upset, no one in our car was yelling, we waited patiently for someone to take our order and somehow we ended up getting screamed at. As someone who works and deals with customers all day, I would never yell at a customer even if they were yelling. Please tell your employees to learn proper hospitality. Thank you to the girl who stepped in to take our order, she was kind and didn't have an attitude with us. Hopefully others can...

We stopped by yesterday at 6pm. We got the oleatto coffee I told the girl that I said iced.. and right away she got attitude and said I asked you and you never answered. Its totally fine if I was distracted or something. But that’s not the right way we treat our costumers I also have a business place and I will never hire anyone like her… I don’t remember her name but of course she is Latina I’m Latina too, she was talking with another costumer also in Spanish… whatever , you guys need to fire ppl like this. Starbucks is loosing loyal costumers for this behavior employees… Sorry Starbucks.😐feeling...
