They had a flash sale on tattoos and piercings. I went in with a couple of friends after work. I intended on getting a tattoo to cover up an existing tattoo. I offered to pay extra. They turned me down because they weren't doing anything but what was advertised that day. Which is understandable. They proceeded to state that they will not do hand tattoos. Ok, so I went to see what they had to offer since at least 1 of my friends signed consent for a piercing. I was not impressed on the sketch samples, especially for the price. So I looked at the areas of piercing, nothing interested me. So I stayed for moral support. As I stayed the employee working the front was extremely unprofessional. Complaining. Forgetting customers requests. Losing track. As, the piercing employee kept complaining of how he needed a break and that he had been doing this event all day. He was extremely shaky. Once my friend was up to get her piercing done, it went downhill from there. I was shocked with the sterilization, no gloves half the time unless handling the actual piercing. Bare hands on the jewelery. The 1st needle he used to peirce her with was "too small", said her nose was too big, then picked a bigger gauge needle to try again. As he was doing that within seconds he dropped his entire set up on the floor. No, he didn't pick anything up until the end but he complained further and he hurt my friend during the fact. After it was all done with I pointed out that there was needles on the ground and they will get stepped on. He didn't acknowledge it. Gave her piercing for free but at the same time, I would never go there for anything. I do not recommend anyone go there. Not a very clean environment. Osha should make...

I emailed Kevin a photo of what I wanted and he told me it was a easy tattoo. I ended up going in a few days later. Kevin did no cleaning/shaving of the spot that was being tattoo’d which was a red flag right away but I had just showered so Ignored that bit. During my actual session (tattoo was on my ribs/side) A male stranger came into the studio and hovered over my area watching. As half my body was exposed, Kevin said nothing about privacy to this man. I was so uncomfortable but froze out of disbelief. He finished in record time and ended with “I kinda did my own thing, you’ll love it” (spoiler: I didn’t) I paid and left after being completely taken back by what happened. After a few days I took the second skin off thinking maybe I was wrong and it wasn’t bad. Unfortunately it was worse. The colors were completely off from what was agreed, parts didn’t match, The line work was terrible and areas were blown out. A few months later I went to two artist to see what they thought and both suggested removal. I finally found one artist willing to attempt to fix it. Luckily that artist redid the tattoo and corrected the best he could Kevin’s mistakes. But every shop I went into all agreed that his work was sloppy. Highly DO NOT...

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PIERCINGS!!! I went in to get the bar for my forward helix changed to something longer (my original piercer wasn’t responding and i was panicking so i came here) and oh my gosh there are so many red flags. First off, none of the jewelry is packaged individually to be kept sanitary. It’s all kept in a container separated by size. This man dug through them with his bare hands. Once he found a bar that looked like a good length i sat down in the chair and immediately saw bactine on his table (for those of you that don’t know, bactine is a huge no no for piercings). I should have ran out of there as soon as i saw that but I didn’t want to be rude so i stayed. He proceeded to grab these small scissors and spray them and the bar with alcohol (another big no no). He took the scissors and tried to grip the back of the bar in my ear which had no room for anything to grip onto due to swelling. He was not gentle at all so I jumped and said ow repeatedly. I decided that i was no longer comfortable with him changing my piercing so I offered to buy the jewelry and left. Came home and changed the (externally threaded🙄) bar myself only to discover that he CUT ME!! Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else but here...
