*edited to add since I can’t reply to replies, no one ever answers the phone when we’ve called and when it says on Google that you’re open from 1400 to x time how would I know otherwise that we aren’t allowed to come by for a Q&A and to set something up? I did see the “by appointment only” but again, how else does one get answers if no one answers the phone and we aren’t allowed to come in unless we have an appointment?

I don’t know how the actual rage is. We came in today at 1404, a gentleman walked up to us in the office and I said “hey how’s it going I just have a couple questions about this package” and he immediately tells me “I can’t let anyone in” I’m confused, I said “I’m sorry?” He said “we don’t open until 4 I can’t let anyone in.” I said “oh Google says 1400” and showed him and he said “I can’t let anyone in.” Mind you the appointments start at 1400 and I just wanted to ask a couple of questions and totally down to come back at 1600. But he wanted us out and now, so we left. The website answers most questions but I just wanted to know if I could play my own music, record ourselves, and if there is a package for 2 for big breakables. I took my friend here for her birthday. Neither of us have done a rage room before, but we saw a tiktok of one and desided to try one out.

I was very presently suprised with how much stuff was provided to be broken. There were two monitors, a big TV, three pieces of big wooden furnature, a glass door, and what seemed like 50 glass bottles, and an assortment of plates and glasses.

They let my friend pair her phone to their bluetooth speaker as well which was quite kind.

I forget the guys name, but he was quite funny and a very down to earth person.

I LOOOOVVVVVEEEEEEE THIS PLACE! This was my first experience raging and now I want to make it a weekend thing lol. The customer service was amazing. They were so welcoming. I felt super comfortable and excited to RAGE! There package deals were great especially for partners. The art inside was so cool and interesting. The music went great with my rage. Also, they allowed me to see my raging experience. I will definitely let people know to come and visit here. It’s great for fun and stress relief.
