After reading some of the other reviews of this taco bell location I'm convinced that I made the right decision to absolutely never eat here again and I strongly urge others to do the same. I went here last night and for some weird reason I opted to go inside and not through the drive-thru and I'm glad I did! After ordering i went to use the bathroom and when I went to wash my hands I found that both the hand sanitizer dispenser AND the soap dispenser to be non operational sitting directly beneath an "all employees are required to wash hands before returning to work" sign. After having to argue with the manager I was finally able to get a refund and in return he called me "childish". Apparently not wanting to risk getting hep-b and refusing to eat there is childish. I am appalled at not only the fact that the employees were making people's food with hands that are potentially covered in fecal matter and lord only knows what else but also the fact I actually had to fight to get a refund and being called "childish" for wanting a refund. I'm also contacting taco bell's corporate office and the...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is horrible in the late PM hours (which lets be real, is when we all go to Taco Bell). Since they have opened, 3 times they have closed their restaurant 15-20 minutes early and kicked people out of line even if you'd been waiting for 10-15 already. Last night was the 3rd time they "ran out of food". Reality is, they stop cooking so they can close early and leave by 1am. The "assistant manager" who wouldn't give me his name last night is a complete moron to even allow his staff to continue to close early. The food in the late PM is typically poorly put together and I've even had some cold. Combine this with the drive through and how it is designed ( a complete engineering disaster for anything bigger than a clown car) and it really sucks to finally have a Taco Bell close to my house, that I will no longer go to. The day shift is a completely different story however, but not enough to entice me to go back and risk dealing with any of the incompetence from the...
Read moreI am adding taco bell to my places to never eat again. I won't support these huge corporations ripping their customers off. It seems if u don't order double meat to ur burritos. All u get is a big mouthful of cheese and sourcream. Not only did u raise prices, u also skipped on the ingredients. I find it interesting they don't look at if from the viewpoint of. What if we put mest in our burritos and made them how they should be and priced accordingly. How many more customers would return and also eat there more often. I know I'm not alone on this, as I know of others who won't eat here again either. I just hope it's enough to hit em were it hurts and all they think about, in the pocket book. Every thing I can do right now from not taking it back to the store and slapping it on the counter. I know it's not the workers fault. There told to rip us off. 6 bucks for a burrito filled with sourcream, rice and cheese. With id say around 39 meat morsels...
